I liked how the staff accommodated my arrival and departure times. Also, the staff was beyond friendly and showed extreme kindness and hospitality. I emailed the staff to let them know I was leaving the airport for my arrival. They knew who I was upon arrival and had my paperwork printed, highlighted, and ready to go!!! The hospitality made me feel safe and unique being away from home. The hot cinnamon rolls were an extra added sweet treat for breakfast.

Nothing was pessimistic about my stay, the staff, or my accommodations. Holiday Inn Express will be my preferred hotel the next time I travel!

The room was equiped with a few ammenity's (microwave, fridge, and cabinets) that helped our 4 day stay. That allowed us to bring snacks to our room so that we didn't have to purchase a lot of restaurant food.

The next day after arriving at hotel, we were out doing some shopping for a few hours. We left about 9:50 am and returned about 2:00pm and our room had not been cleaned. We talked to the person at front desk and they explained about the amount of rooms that needed cleaning but they would be coming around soon. I then informed the person at front desk that we needed to get ready for a celebration in a few hours and needed to clean up. She asked if I would like to get towels at that time but I said we would need someone to empty the garbage also. She then asked if I would like her to call someone and I said yes. The person she called came to replenish supplies and empty the garbage with in about 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours. And we didn't have that problem the rest of our stay.

Friendly staff. I'd dropped my jacket on the way to my room and didn't realize it until the next morning. It was at the front desk, waiting for me. I appreciated that.

The one-way roads around the hotel due to it being a freeway access road made it a little tricky, but that's not the fault of the hotel.

Good size rooms, king size bed was comfortable, good location for what we were doing, helpful desk staff.

Room servicing was inconsistent, some days of our stay the room was not serviced. We had to ask desk staff for fresh towels and cups etc.

Front Desk Manager Chris was so awesome he welcomed me and explained what was in the area— we had a nice room on the main floor which I found to be helpful in my 5 day stay — Thanks Chris and Kayla for making my stay feel like home…room110

Room service came into the room even with the do not disturb sign on the door — they didn’t even knock— that was my only complaint

Breakfast was awesome both morning everything clean and staff very friendly. I will definitely tell friends about that area. Our room was very comfortable and a very quiet area. 👍🏽

We really didn’t pay close enough attention to the blinds until the next morning, so it was light in our room. We were so tired I still slept good.

Close to shopping and food locations.

I hate the breakfast. Sausage nasty. Eggs looked good but had a funny taste. Breakfast biscuits good and Breakfast rolls good.

Felt like home. Rooms were comfortable and staff went above and beyond to meet our needs. Breakfast was excellent and space clean. Would definitely recommend to others and stay again.

Spacious, clean,and very comfortable. Had everything I needed to be comfortable. Close to restaurants and shopping. I would stay there again.

Cleanliness and Efficiency of staff. The Variety and quality of the breakfast.

The WiFi was slow and unreliable. I was only able to read a few emails.
