It was more good than bad. Just a few changes could really help make this an amazing stay.

The shower curtain is not long enough and had to wipe up water after every shower. 2- need to make room window curtains closeable the sun does not allow for sleeping in. I had a bag of chips get invaded by ants that were coming up the wall behind the desk, no biggie But may want to check into that. The gym needs machine wipes and even some sanitizer would be nice. And for sure do away with the scrambled eggs for the breakfast and stick to the omelettes and bacon.

I love that it was clean the room smell fresh, and the bathrooms were really clean and equipped with several towels

The only thing I would say is that I didn’t like that housekeeping came to my door that morning and my check out Time wasn’t till 11. I feel like for the ones who are checking out that day. They should wait until they check out to go to that room it was really early. Lol but I actually love my stay and would recommend this to everyone I know.

Room is clean and comfortable. Beds and pillows are very nice. Nice towels, and well supplied. A/C isn't cooling very well, needs service. Shower needs service as well. The lever to turn on the shower is broken and barely works. Overall our stay was nice, and the price was reasonable.

The gentleman cleaning up & stocking breakfast was delightful. He didn't say a word, but he whistled the entire time. He must enjoy his work.

The check in clerk hardly looked up at us. No pleasant greeting or kind words.

Very clean and comfortable and great value.

Not updated, old building. Old building elevators. Also, they had a good breakfast but they didn’t have milk so you couldn’t eat cereal or oatmeal.

Great value in all aspects. Front desk member was "in training" but walked our check-in effortlessly. Room, lobby, and grounds were clean and maintained very well.

Little minor things that really didn't effect our stay.

The location was near the venue we were meeting. The quietness of the area. Easy access to freeway.

The shower head was difficult to adjust.

The friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the hotel, the weight room, and the hospitality and food at breakfast.

Couldn’t get out the side door late /early morning to catch my flight. Had to drag my suitcase through the front door and around the building to my car
