Location was great. Near freeway and a ton of shopping places for whatever need you may have. The hotel it self was clean, safe, comfortable and worth a stay. Staff was very welcoming and helpful.

There a few minor things that could use minor repairs but it wasn’t a huge issue. The room above us was making loud running noises during the night. The continental breakfast was basic. Not bad just would have preferred more or different options.

Not sure if you guys were short staffed or not when we returned we saw that Housekeeping didn’t clean my room, make up the beds or bring fresh towels to the room. We had to go to the front desk. That was different. Also…generally I can get fresh coffee any time of the day but when I came back and tried to get coffee because I was cold…there was none.

I loved that I could go grab the breakfast for my kids, take it to the room and go back and grab myself some. Since I checked out in the middle off the night and no one was at the front counter that there was a bowl I could just drop my room keys in once I left. I could get up in the morning and see the most beautiful sunrise.

The air conditioning seemed off but I received a new room after discussing it with the nice front people and it was still the same in the new room basically with an average temp in my room of 76-78 degrees all day / night long ..

some of the guests left food and dishes on table along with spilled drinks. Also left trash out of their cars in parking spaces. General failure to use trash cans that were available.

Staff was great

Had a suite one tv didn't work and the bathroom had a tub instead of walk in shower. The lighting in the room was bad only light worked in the bathroom.

It’s close to everything, shopping and restaurants. Staff is wonderful, everything is clean, breakfast is good.

The location was excellent also the food and kitchen staff were great. The interaction with the kitchen staff, housekeeping and front desk, both shifts was excellent.

Housekeeping was to be every 3 days but no one showed, the 3rd day was on Sunday. However they did empty the trash and brought clean towels on day 2.

Location was great. Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Great shower.

Staff was a little slow and could be more professional. Only 1 elevator worked.

Friendly staff. I didn't mind that no maid service. I understand why. If you need anything they will supply. For me I didn't ask but I love being on the 4th floor facing the front. Perfect, and i had a nice tub in my room. So all was perfect except the faucet but it's ok. Also I loved breakfast. Coffee was too weak for me. I don't care for the type coffee pot. I would bring my own small travel coffee pot or something. I drove but circle k was walking distance. Love the location. Walking distance to places to grab a bite to eat. So I would return and recommendation. Hope this helps.

Water in the bathroom sink so low to conserve but it was too low. I told the night desk clerk. Nothing changed. I used the tub water when needing the sink.
