Very clean hotel inside and out. Staff very courteous and helpful. Room was perfect. Breakfast was omg! So good. Food was hot and fresh and plenty of choices. Breakfast attendant was so sweet, courteous and helpful. Thank you.

Ice maker did not dispense ice on 3rd floor but I just went to first floor, which was no problem for me.

We loved the variety of food there was at breakfast, the beds were so comfortable, the pool was a good size, and housekeeping would go to the room every morning to put new towels and pick up the trash. Also, we loved the area it was at because the places we visited were nearby. Finally, the fact that there was a gym and a washer/dryer available was a plus.

Honestly there wasn't anything we didn't liked.

Nice hotel rooms were spacious, location is good in Grand Prairie. Breakfast was very good (unfortunately only until 09:30 AM, I don't get this...) Price was fair

Very clean, staff was friendly and helpful. The room that I stayed in had a heart shaped jacuzzi that was excellent. The shower had great pressure and the design was very appealing and upscale. The bed was extremely comfortable, I love the bedding, very soft and was very elegant. There is a Cinema across the road with several restaurants within walking distance. The location was easy to find, This is my new favorite hotel, it is worth every penny.

Breakfast was Great and location was great, we came from Oklahoma to the 360 Family and Implant Dentistry and it was easy to get to from your Hotel, it was on that side of I-20. Planning a few more trips to that Dentist and hoping to stay at this same Holiday Inn Express.We lived that IHOP was right next door,also!

Breakfast was good, hallways clean, the two staff members we talked to very friendly and knowledgeable.

There was trash on parking lot by dumpster and sadly a dead cat.

Excellent location and the food was good. Staff was outstanding.

Found out after the fact that water had been shut off for 1 hour for maintenance purposes.

Everything was so clean. Staff was very kind. Breakfast was like at home delicious. Would definitely stay again.

Breakfast was great I also appreciated they had decaf coffee. I appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the grounds were well kept.

Designated smoking area that is more secure.

As far as breakfast it was great, I told one of the cook. Location was great but it was spring break,the kids was disappointed no indoor pool.
