A few days prior to our trip, I received an email asking if I would like to upgrade my room for only $20 per night! Of course I said yes! Holy cow - they upgraded us to a suite and it was HUGE!!! It was super clean, the beds were comfortable, hot water in the shower with excellent water pressure, nice TV, decent pull out couch (that my daughter slept on), lots of closet space, plenty of clean towels and the breakfast was great! We were there for 2 breakfasts and had a different main entree on each day. I LOVE breakfast, so i always choose hotels with free breakfasts - this one was one of the best. Eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits with gravy, bagels, cream cheese, toast, muffins, waffle with lots of toppings, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, fresh fruit, oatmeal with toppings, choices of cereals, 3 types of juices and coffee and tea (24/7). Also, if you forget something like your toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, etc., they will provide it to you free of charge. Thank you, Hampton Inn & Suites!

A few more hangers in the closet would be nice.

The staff was amazing!! Very friendly and accommodating…from the front desk to house keeping! ❤ the fact they are pet friendly and have a pool that’s not to deep. The breakfast was awesome and the fact they serve until 10 and check out at noon sets this hotel apart from the others!

Our room wasn’t the greatest…we had a super squeaky bed, every time you moved it squeaked! The air conditioner was really loud to so it made for and interesting night but overall great!

When we arrived Antonio helped us check in, he was super friendly and attentive. He made sure everything was to our liking. He’s an asset to this company. This location was convenient to where we needed to be. The night clerk allowed us a bit of time to enjoy the pool when we came back from my daughter’s graduation.

Nothing really to complain about, breakfast could have been a bit better. Other guests were noisy but nothing they could have done about the issue.

Everything was excellent! We especially loved the beds. These mattresses were the most comfortable we have ever slept on in a hotel!! The staff were superb, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast was delicious!! It was very clean. The room was huge, with plenty of room for the wheelchair. Hampton Inn will be my go-to hotel from now on. You all have spoiled us.

Beds were comfortable facility was very clean breakfast was very good. The cleaning staff was very friendly management had great customer service thank you Daniel I like this hotel had computers and a printer it helped me get some important work done .

Everything was fantastic. Our room was the best size for two children that area bit active and like to play. We were in the family suite and have been in this room before. Absolutely love it!

The only thing I didn't like was having to sign into the internet every day. It wasn't that horrific of a problem but it was a nuisance. Oh could you have bacon a little more often.

The staff was so friendly! Room was very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed my stay ! We’ll definitely stay there again when in Arlington . Oh and the breakfast was so wonderful !!

Front desk was very accommodating. Continental breakfast was good and staff was friendly. My 2 year old granddaughter was having a meltdown at breakfast and a staff member brought her a special treat, which was so sweet of her!

Pool was out of commission during august which was disappointing. Also the housekeeping only came every other morning.

Great location! Nice sized room. Decently clean facility.

Housekeeping never came while we were there for two nights. One of our pillow cases had something obvious on it. The elevators are super slow. There was something on the floor by the elevator the entire time we were there that looked like pet urine.
