The staff was super nice. 2 out of 3(one of the guys didn’t talk to me but the other two guys were very helpful and kind. The location was not far from the convention center.

The took me last minute and checked me in, I was so greatly to find them. However there was minor things like crack may have been in the wall. Stains on the shower curtain. I would have like a better breakfast, the muffins were dry and the juice and milk(no oat milk) were minimum.

The room was comfortable and spacious. The cost of the stay is reasonable and the location is excellent, easy access to the freeway and conveniently located between both Dallas and Ft. Worth so that visiting attractions on either city is easy. This is my third stay at the Microtel by Windham and it will not be the last. The next time I am planning a visit to the DFW area, I will look to book here again

The room was clean and beds comfortable. The location was great.

The pool wasn't open yet but it's still early in the season. Check in could have been smoother. You have to call a phone number to get staff to the front desk.

I enjoyed that the rooms are interior, puts that more safety on it. Everything is very close by, shopping, eateries, and groceries. It was peaceful, quiet, and the bed was comfy. They made a sun bench along the window, no unused space nice.

I always stay here when I travel and the morning breakfast, all the coffee you can drink and plenty sweets.(honeybuns). There is a washer/dryer available to wash your clothes just like being at home.

A free night since I have extended my stay do to work.

It was nice setup and the staff was nice as well it was located by a lot of fast food restaurants so we could get a quick lunch on are way there.

I didn’t really have any dislikes it was a good place.

For continent breakfast, only coffee available. people do drink tea instead of coffee. Staff did not even consider arranging this. very cold response from staff

The guy at the front desk was rude to me and my sister when we check in. We both had separate rooms she stayed for 3 nights I stayed for 2 and you would think that paying customers would get more respect from the workers. But obviously we didn't. Besides him being rude my overall stay was amazing. Great location great price comfortable beds and hot water. That's a must for my family when staying at a hotel. Also I thought when you're in town for a funeral most hotels give you a discount on your stay but it wasn't even offered..
