The bed was very comfortable I sleep well

Breakfast was bad. . Eggs were watery. Sausage weren’t sausage or the ham was frozen recooked. I had diarrhea 15 minutes after eating the eggs . The coffee tastes old . The only lady in the kitchen was not friendly . She didn’t like her job plus rude. The toilet paper was the 99 c stores There’s no light in the hallway to see the microwave or coffee I had to use my phone to see Also I can’t take bath the paint was chipping off the tube I don’t like the checking in is at 4 and out by 11 .

Housekeeping staff on point., professional, pleasant.Day and evening front desk staff, helpful, professional.

Food not ready on Sunday, keep running of of food, had to wait for her to prepare more food, that did not comne out in a timely manner, staff upset because she was unable to keep up with amount of guests coming into dining room. Unprofessional, loud talking, agitated. Talking loud, stating she was working by herself and needed help. She was pleasant to guests, upset with co-workers. This was around 8:00 =8:30 am. We had to leave without breakfast in order to make it to make flight at airport.

Th staff is friendly. The hotel is clean. The location is convenient to restaurants. The bathrooms are vented so less steam. They provide 4 pillows per bed and enough towels. Each room has a microwave, mini fridge, and keurig coffee pot.

Mild traffic noise

Staff was great . They checked in on us. Rooms were spachy.

We wished the pool and Jacuzzi were shown as open. My grandkids were all disappointed.

The location was great. Jollibee is in your parking lot. My granddaughter was born in the Philippines. Jollibee is well known in the Philippines. She loved Jollibee imagine her surprise when we found Jollibee in the Dallas area did not know it was here. We ate here twice. All your employees were super nice to us. Nothing bad to say about any aspect.

Our only complaint was that checkout was at 11. We arrived the night before late and didn’t get a chance to get in the hot tub. She was looking forward to that to soothe her muscles.

Very good breakfast. The food variety was quite good. Easy to find the food and utensils.

I was on the third floor, and it took time to go up and down using the elevator. When I ate breakfast on the second day, I went back upstairs to get my things only to discover my key card had been deactivated. It was only 9 a.m., so I had to go back down again. Getting to the hotel was difficult as the entry was narrow. Traffic on Cooper was pretty dense in the late afternoon and I had difficulty getting back to the hotel. The king-size bed was so tall I could not sit down on it.

The staff were excellent as they had all the answers to my questions. The facilities were always clean. My room was in great shape upon check-in. My stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I would recommend this venue to anyone.

I really have no complaints about my stay except for more parking. But, it is not a deal breaker for me.

I booked through bookings.com and was pretty certain I chose two queen beds but o selected a Standard room which is only one King size bed. I was traveling with my sister. The over night receptionist moved us to a room with two queen beds, yay!

There were a few hairs in the shower, makes me feel icky

Breakfast was excellent. They even offered turkey sausage which is important to me because I am allergic to beef and pork. Property is exceptionally clean. Staff very helpful and couteous.

The gift shop could have offered some over the counter medicines such as Tylenol and cold medications.

The location was great and the breakfast was good also.

Our key card stop working couldn't get in our room or back in the building went to front desk they reset the card it worked but the next day didn't work properly. Our AC unit didn't work good and it made a crazy noise the room stayed hot which was very uncomfortable especially with 3 small children.
