The bed was very comfortable I sleep well

Breakfast was bad. . Eggs were watery. Sausage weren’t sausage or the ham was frozen recooked. I had diarrhea 15 minutes after eating the eggs . The coffee tastes old . The only lady in the kitchen was not friendly . She didn’t like her job plus rude. The toilet paper was the 99 c stores There’s no light in the hallway to see the microwave or coffee I had to use my phone to see Also I can’t take bath the paint was chipping off the tube I don’t like the checking in is at 4 and out by 11 .

Th staff is friendly. The hotel is clean. The location is convenient to restaurants. The bathrooms are vented so less steam. They provide 4 pillows per bed and enough towels. Each room has a microwave, mini fridge, and keurig coffee pot.

Staff was great . They checked in on us. Rooms were spachy.

We wished the pool and Jacuzzi were shown as open. My grandkids were all disappointed.

Very good breakfast. The food variety was quite good. Easy to find the food and utensils.

I was on the third floor, and it took time to go up and down using the elevator. When I ate breakfast on the second day, I went back upstairs to get my things only to discover my key card had been deactivated. It was only 9 a.m., so I had to go back down again. Getting to the hotel was difficult as the entry was narrow. Traffic on Cooper was pretty dense in the late afternoon and I had difficulty getting back to the hotel. The king-size bed was so tall I could not sit down on it.

Breakfast was excellent. They even offered turkey sausage which is important to me because I am allergic to beef and pork. Property is exceptionally clean. Staff very helpful and couteous.

The gift shop could have offered some over the counter medicines such as Tylenol and cold medications.

The location was great and the breakfast was good also.

Our key card stop working couldn't get in our room or back in the building went to front desk they reset the card it worked but the next day didn't work properly. Our AC unit didn't work good and it made a crazy noise the room stayed hot which was very uncomfortable especially with 3 small children.

We enjoyed everything about our stay at the hotel and will certainly come back. The facility has been completely renovated, the entire staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was excellent, the rooms and common areas were always clean and this is a great location. We have only positive things to say about the hotel and our stay there.

All of the staff was great. From kitchen staff, front desk staff, housekeeping, maintenance, etc they made stay worry less.

It's nothing that I could pen point, but if I could say to stay on top of things. Don't let things get old and worn before you the need.

It was very clean overall. You could hear and smell them cleaning which is good.

For some reason they don’t come to occupied rooms and you have to request towels/tissue/etc.

I arrived at your facility was met at the front desk was greeted with respect and courteousness. I was there to celebrate my wife’s birthday and when she arrived, they played her special music for her birthday. I was very impressed. Thank you. I will be back.
