I like everything about it the staff was wonderful the room was great The View the weather threw me off from my Six Flags but that's okay I still had a wonderful time there

The hot tub was dirty it had a lot of black stuff green stuff coming out of it so I had to get really get it deep cleaned bleach it out and use a jet cleaner hot tub cleaner and everything like that for at least a good two days within my stay so they didn't get to really fully sit comfortably in that hot tub like how I wanted to but it was still great to even just have it for a moment like I said after I did clean it I couldn't really sit comfortably just knowing what came out of it but I did get into it and Bubbles and jets and it was great

The Staff was AMAZING. I spent my own money to purchase a gift for the staff simply because of their kindness and their willingness to always help. They were warm and accommodating. The Front desk was always helpful and the cleaning staff was great! The Manager Tamara and the cleaning Supervisor Blanca were absolutely wonderful. They went out of their way to check on my family and help when needed. My favorite night staff member was Peter! In addition to us having a small child with us, I work online during the day and my husband works online in the evening and we never had an issue with noise. I felt unbelievably comfortable and safe! I have preferred Airbnb instead of hotels for years now and my stay here has made me strongly reconsider my openness to staying in hotels again.

Room was clean.

The afternoon receptionist was rude, I asked her what time did the pool close and she said, " I don't know, I just got here"... So later I went swimming , and I had just barely gotten some food and was not eating, but I had placed my food that was sitting in my purse on the table... As I got into the hot tub... About 5 minutes later, to rudely Yell at me, that the pool was closed and there was no food allowed. It just was not becoming for somebody who represents a customer service agent...

The front desk lady Ms T. was very helpful. The room I had, was very spacious and accommodating. Thank you for everything.

I wish breakfast was open a little longer than 9:30. Some of us need to sleep in a bit after performing at midnight!

The price was marked up *A LOT* because of a local festival... I mean, more than twice the normal rate. That seemed excessive.

It was a good location, not far from the hospital. We were going to stay longer , to help with my brother whom had several strokes . But sadly my brother passed away , on January 13 2025 .

Hot tub wasn't even slightly warm and there was a softball tournament that weekend and they poured bodywash into the spa and pool and ran the halls like a stampede of cattle. I understand it's not the hotels fault but there were more than just us complaining

The beds were so comfortable the comforter was light but fluffy and it felt like it was hugging you to sleep.

Friday night the water would not get past warm. I was the last room on the floor I guess I was the last to shower. The other night there was no problem though.

Another meat selection, added to the breakfast sausage would be nice...bacon, ham, turkey sausage, turkey bacon. We never saw a banana either. Include a reduced fat milk, not just whole milk.

Very clean and most staff were nice.

The African American receptionist is not very sociable, grouchy and doesn’t even smile. The other staff (cleaning) were very nice and smiled.
