There were lots of breakfast options. The coffee was the best that I have ever had when staying at a hotel chain. The machine that dispensed fresh coffee allowed you to choose strength and type of coffee. It was available 24/7. I also appreciated the cleanliness throughout the hotel.

The bed was a bit firm. Though the coffee was available 24/7, I was never able to find a light to illuminate the breakfast area where the machine was located. I made a way because I enjoyed the coffee that much!!

The breakfast had a good array of items. Food area and dining area were very clean.

My room was very clean, but the cleaner used in the bathroom (bleach smell) was a bit too strong. When I checked out, the gentleman at the front desk asked how everything was and I told him very good, but mentioned the cleaning product used and they may want to power back on it. It was just when I first got there then it did settle down.

The location was perfect and just minutes from the basketball field house we had to be at. It was very quiet and my accommodation for a room away from the interstate was approved. It is in a convenient location with a Walmart walking distance.

I had to wash my daughter’s uniform but there was only 1 unit available so I had to get up in the early morning hours to wash it.

The facility was nice and clearly a bit newer or remodeled, perhaps. I enjoyed the breakfast option. Price was decent for the quality and worth the price. I liked the shower had really good water pressure, and there was a microwave and fridge in the room.

It all fell apart once I checked out. I was charged a second time. No, it was not the $100 deposit or a pre-authorization. I was charged a second time after the initial pre-authorization settled. The second charge is still pending and tying up my funds. I emailed the property with no response. Hoping it was an error on their part, and I don't have to dispute the charge. I've stayed here twice, and this did not happen the first time, so I don't think it's something they have an issue with all the time.

Friendly staff and in a great location.

The fact that a guest was in the breakfast area holding her dog and fixing breakfast. Pets shouldn't be allowed in an area where food is available in a buffet style. Upon seeing this, we choose to skip the breakfast and eat elsewhere.

It was a nice place. Clean and friendly employees, except the breakfast lady, she was a bit grouchy. But others always had a smile and were friendly.

Soap in the shower! For one, they were empty, and for two, one of them fell off the wall, screw and all and hit my left foot. Apparently, they are not screwed to the wall very well. So make sure to bring your own soap, (I always bring my own) and to watch for falling soap canisters.

The whole hotel is very clean and smelled clean throughout my stay. All staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. The location is convenient for both Mansfield and south Arlington because of its proximity to 287 and major streets in both cities.

The road noise is constant but can be covered up by the TV or white noise. It's nothing beyond what you might expect staying so close to a major highway.

The location next to Walmart and right off the freeway was perfect. Had space to park our moving van and auto transport and nobody messed with our stuff. Beds were comfy enough--more importantly, NOT hard.

The breakfast was pretty terrible. Tasteless and bland. Eggs, waffles, potatoes, bagels. We sampled each of those, but it was so bad we gave up and left hungry. No flavor at all.

The staff was great the entire stay. We came in late and they allowed us to swim a little longer than closing time. Made one happy kid!

I couldn't get the jacuzzi in our room to work. i did let the staff know when I checked out. I probably just needed some directions.

The facility and staff were great. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good and the hot tub was great. Will definitely be visiting again.

The air conditioning wasn't working momentarily, but the staff got on it immediately.
