The gentleman at the front desk during check-in was beyond kind, friendly, and out going. He went out of his way to insure we knew when and where everything was. He was an absolute delight.

I was visiting the aquarium in dallas this was the closest HIE. But I was unfamiliar with the Duncanville area. And while the hotel is clean and in good shape, the community is rough around its edges.

I loved the breakfast variety and surprised to find hash brown potatoes on the menu. My granddaughter is a picky eater (and honestly so am I) and she had no problem finding plenty of things to choose from for breakfast and she ate well each morning.

Wish they had pancakes on the menu but overall there was plenty to choose from.

I Loved everything about this location, the staff, and the hotel itself! If I'm ever in the area again, I would stay here!

I didn't like that the room keys kept needed to be reprogrammed! I was warned upon checking, but it was just a hassle to get to your room and then having to go back down 3 floors to have your room keys reprogrammed. I also hated that the breakfast that was served was the same each morning.

Good customer service, good location & the hot breakfast was great. I highly recommend it. It was close to shopping, Winco grocery store right next to the room. I brought groceries, and they were so reasonable. Next time, I come to Duncanville, Texas. That will be the only place stay

The location was most important for me the event that I was attending was only 7 to 15 minutes away. They also provided me with the Suite that was also very accommodating.

As I do appreciate the time that the company invested in upgrading the property, this was the only inconvenience due to construction. AlsoI expressed concern about someone interrogating my son in the lobby , another guest. I expressed this to the manager that it is uncomfortable for guests when minors are not being properly supervised by the parents or guardian 😕.

Breakfast was amazing! They have hot breakfast buffet and everything was delicious.

The evening shift front desk worker was rude. None of the keys worked well and every time we asked for another key she was mad or rude about it. The keys didn’t open the pool doors room doors any doors. It was a hassle.

The rooms were nice and clean. They provided soaps for showering and body lotion in the bathroom. The keurig wad very convenient and the fridge was a decent size. The beds were comfortable and came with 2 firm and 2 soft pillows, each. It was comfortable and a good size.

The hotel was nice and the staff was very pleasant inspite of the big red stains throughout my room in the carpet

The only thing I didnt like was there were big red stains all over the carpet in my room from the previous guest and unfortunately the hotel was to capacity and they couldnt move me. I asked for a discount and was informed that they couldnt give me one. I paid a pretty penny for my room and due to this alone I wont be back.

The cleaniest of the hotel and that our room was clean daily. The breakfast was awesome as well.

That I had to ask for extra washcloths when I told them we will need two set, meaning two for me and two for my friend. Each person said they would add it as not for the cleaning staff ;however, I had to ask.

I didn’t get the room I originally booked due to booking not securing the room ,says the worker, which was a little inconvenient due to me having such a large family. however they did give a great discount for the inconvenience. I really think it was because the hotel was completely booked and and checked in last. other than that, everything was fine.
