Great location. It was easy to get to Sandpoint and Schweitzer. The person on duty at night was kind enough to make some espresso for me when we had to leave very, very early in the morning for a Spokane flight.

Little things, like the parking lot lines were hardly visible. The spa was closed and the property is a little old and not in the best condition. But overall it was fine for our needs.

The employees are all very friendly And are eager to rectify any problems. My blow dryer was not working. I mentioned it to front desk on my way to get lunch. I had a new dryer installed before I got back. Quiet and comfy.

Very comfortable bed. And super quiet. Can't hear cars from inside. Nice large bathtub for a long bubble bath soak. Exactly what I was looking for.

Breakfast is really nice with the Texas shaped waffle maker or you can choose cold cereal with fresh milk. Coffee is available all day.

I liked everything about the property from the staff to the room great handicap room no loud noise very private very clean exceptional. Thank you

The food was good front desk kind of sucks the rooms were all right they seem a little dirty

First night, welcoming and convenient

The remainder of stay manger and room maintenance was updated for guest and was unwell the rest of stay and site manger made it very uncomfortable and not accommodating

it’s near many things. restaurants, corner stores are all up front u can walk to.

the place was great the only thing is, not much parking spaces. I honestly thought I was not going to find a parking spot one time, but I found ONE last spot on the opposite side of the hotel.

It was clean and We felt safe

The room was not cleaned on the second day staying there and we had to ask for more clean towels

Rooms very nice and clean the staff was very very friendly

There's nothing I did not like everything was perfect
