Huge shoutout to Mekayla, Tyra, Arhya, and Dallas when I say they were AMAZING, I mean it! From the moment we checked in, we were greeted with friendly, helpful faces who went out of their way to assist with everything. I especially loved the texting service they offer! I could easily check in, ask questions, and they always responded quickly and kindly. Arhya checked us in and was beyond helpful my kids adored her! Mekayla, Arhya, and Dallas were fantastic throughout our stay, checking in on us via text and making sure we had everything we needed. Tyra was an absolute delight on our last day, answering all my questions and helping during checkout. The staff alone is top-tier truly one of the best parts of our stay! Now, let’s talk about the room oh my goodness! You will NOT be disappointed. It’s truly a home away from home. If you’re looking for a spacious, beautiful place to relax, this is it! The kitchen area blew me away imagine sitting at the dining table for a meal or snack, using the stove to whip up something quick, loading the dishwasher after, and storing leftovers in the fridge. They thought of everything! The bed was like sleeping on a cloud so clean, so fresh, and incredibly comfortable. And as if that wasn’t enough, the pool, walking area, water show, and nearby restaurants were all an added bonus. When I say I will be back I mean it! I’m already looking at dates for my next stay. This gem is truly a home away from home. If you’re looking for a beautiful, relaxing place with an amazing staff that will take care of you and your family this is your place! I loved everything, if I had to pick one thing it would be that my stay wasn't long enough.

Perfect location. Epic central is great for family. Fun restaurants and kid friendly environment all around just a walk across the parking lot. Hotel was very clean, staff friendly and attentive. Our room was amazing for a family of four, extremely spacious. Room had a full kitchen with a table to sit and eat for four. The sofa and living space was comfy and perfectly placed. Beds were comfy and all around a great place to stay on our weekend trip to Arlington for a concert. Would definitely stay here again.

This was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Very clean and comfortable. Still smells new. The hotel and its surrounding entertainment and scenery is just all so beautiful. The staff was very kind but I would love to brag about Alexander who was at the front desk. He is the perfect example of quality customer service. It is so rare to come across his level of hospitality and his customer service alone is the reason I would love to come back. I seriously hope that his dedication to customer service is the standard for all the staff but if not I hope that his determination to exceed in excellence is noticed and credited. So that everyone will follow suit. He will definitely take this hotel to the next level! Thank you for making my stay a very comfortable and memorable one! I rate my stay a 10!

There was no waffle machine or normal eggs.

The location was fantastic! The room was very large which was nice for a family of 4. Had all the necessary amenities. The snack area was very beneficial, my teenagers were easily able to access it. Very family friendly hotel!!

The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. The floors in our room were dirty and you could see hair and dirt in the corners of the room. The housekeepers (two guys) on our floor (7th) were not very polite or friendly during our encounters.

New hotel and it was wonderful! The rooms were HUGE with a great view out of a big window. Beds were also very comfortable. Walking distance to Epic waterpark and not a far drive to Six Flags and Globe Life/AT&T Stadium. Great restaurants around the property. One evening there were food trucks, vendors and live music right outside the hotel. It was great.

The pool was still under construction. I'm sure it's open now.

We loved the size of the room, the convenience of all kind of places, the cleanliness, style and the service!

It wasn't a big deal but parking in the Epic area is crowded if there is an event there. BUT hotel parking can be in the underground garage. We used that everytime. A

I liked the location. Many restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping near by. The staff was friendly and accommodating. You can watch a Vegas-style water & light show with sound. It's very cool and family oriented.

It was very nice and clean and was just beautiful inside and outside and the rooms were clean and nice and outside was amazing and had a lot of fun things to do,so I give this hotel more than a 10 it’s beyond over a 10,so great great job on the facility
