Loved staff, they were very helpful and kind. Breakfast was nice, i appreciated the milk alternatives. The rooms were very clean, i enjoied the fresh towels after we had stayed a few days.

The SHOWER would switch between hot and cold mid shower. It was awful. Like 1 minute in, the hot water would turn ice cold and then gradually, slowly get warm again. It really made showering stressful. Also, the king bed in the room was actually 2 queens, which seemed more like full beds.

The location of this hotel is perfect. We come in town to visit grandparents and this is literally right down the road from them. Overall we really enjoy the breakfast here too; everybody can find something they like each day.

My only complaint is that I wish there was a way we can guarantee early check-in. We always get in to town earlier than normal check-in, so it would be great if we were able to access our room earlier.

This hotel was exceptional. It was very very clean and the smell walking in the front door is amazing. It is close to shopping and restaurants.

The only suggestion would be, to have water available after breakfast hours. It would be nice to have the water infused with fruit available 😋

the newness my room was really nice

couldn't find my 3 day reservation and instead of trying to figure out what happened Lauren just said you will just have to go somewhere else-we are booked up-you don't have a reservation here. i had all the information and confirmation number that was needed. I asked that the manager come and when she arrived she figured out what happened and found my reservation.

The cleanliness by far!

Their system was down at check in and the process was very inconvenient. Also the hot water in the shower was in and out during bathing. It would switch back and forth from both extremes.

it was quiet, clean, great location!

The toiletries that are usually standard weren't there, specifically the makeup wipes. Also, the only coffee available in the room was decaf.

Clean rooms! The breakfast area had eggs, meat, and Texas shaped pancakes. They kept it well stocked! Will stay here again when we are in the area!

The walls were paper thin

Would have preferred better quality Orange Juice and the breakfast potato’s without meat. Other than that, the food items were good .
