Overall the stay was great. the breakfest was good just wish they had the saugage gravy and biscuits on both days (Friday and Saturday). Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Location was ok but we were glad there was a gated area around parking. the location was in a strip mall and medium end restaurant. Access was a little limited as there was a one-way street leading to the hotel

The staff was great and the room was beautiful.

There was trash behind the nightstand, which we moved because we dropped something behind it. In addition, the mattresses hit our pressure points and were about 6/10 for comfort.

The rooms were great. It's a new property and hence it was spotless and clean. Hope they maintain it!

The lifts were having damp smell. Could be someone used it after swimming or workout. The lift needs a automatic freshner.

It is a brand new hotel and everything is clean and works. The staff were friendly and warm and it is near Las Colinas which is impressive and has wonderful restaurants.

I could not find fault with anything

I liked everything at this hotel. In fact after a long time I could find an excellent hotel at Irving. Very neat and tidy, very good facilities and excellent staff.

I loved my stay here. Everyone was incredibly nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We went swimming in the pool and the breakfast was also pretty great.

Super clean with great fixtures all around. Top shelf for a Hampton Inn. I'll be staying right here when I come back to Irving.

Very clean, friendly staff

Didn’t sleep well, walls were thin and could hear people in hallway and the people above my room were loud.

I love how the staff was kind and polite. They was also able to recommend good food places near by.

The breakfast could be a little better.
