We were stranded at the airport due to weather & had a hard time finding a hotel. When we got a reservation here I was concerned about the quality we would find. Much to my surprise the facility was very clean, beds were comfortable, the room was huge, & we had a good experience. The facility is dated but having it be clean & comfortable was appreciated.

Breakfast, lighting.

Great location. Value for the area. Fully stocked Dove toiletries. Nice kitchenettes in room. It’s nice the desk doesn’t face the bed, so your bed isn’t shown if you’re on a zoom call.

Parking is quite far from the front doors, and the front doors are not automatic. No hot breakfast items other than waffles.

We liked how quiet it was, the kitchenette in our room was just what we needed when booking and the breakfast was a nice setup in the mornings!!

We we’re a little uncertain about the location at first since it’s so tucked away, but no dislikes.

The close location to Irving mall and many other stores made it great for shopping. I loved having the kitchen facilities and the hotel essentially shares a parking lot with a Target so you can easily pick up supplies. Super convenient to have the free airport shuttle which was prompt and professional. The staff were kind enough to allow us early check in and the stay was quiet and comfortable

It was a very peaceful stay. We have target right behind it which is unfortunate that they aren’t connected but you can definitely walk to it! I felt secure because the only way to get into the building is if you have a card!

This venue had the cleanest best laid out breakfast of all the 12 motels we stayed in. The shuttlebus was good but booking.com should tell people to call hotel when ready to be picked up.We waited an hour for bus that wasnt coming until contact.

Love the handicap facilities such roll in shower and shower chair ,mid level peep hole on door(great) and enough space for wheelchair

Would like eggs and biscuits, better movie channels

The location, cleanliness and breakfast was great. We stayed in the handicap friendly room and it was just perfect...enough room for a walker.

Understandably there was no counters in the bathroom to make room for wheelchair etc but SOME type of counter space is needed for toiletries BECAUSE it IS for handicap.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was spacious and clean. Kids loved the breakfast.

No hot water kettle in the room - may just be a US thing.
