Very clean, staff was very nice. Shane was a great. Exemplifies what it means to be an amazing employee. Our room was located right across from the elevator, yet we didn’t hear it at all through the night, unlike other hotels I’ve stayed in. We also did not hear other people above us or next door. Fridge and freezer was cold and clean. Kitchen sink, plates and cups. Pull out bed was clean. Everything in the room was clean and immaculate. Break was good, waffle maker, fresh fruit, muffins, ham eggs, toast and cheese, and oatmeal. Very clean facility. I don’t believe there was a pool but there is a workout room.

The staff at this location were amazing! We got there early and I wasn’t sure if we could check in early. The receptionist at the front desk was super nice and was like yep I have a room ready for you! I wish I would have gotten her name because she was super nice and made the check in process super easy! The room was super comfy and roomy. I was pleasantly surprised that were was a good sized fridge, sink , microwave and dishwasher. This would be very nice if you have to stay awhile but it was nice to have for our short stay as well.

The bed wasn’t super comfy but not a deal breaker.

I love coming to Home 2 Suites, every since my Husband and I came 12/18/2022 we have came back because of Hannah. She hasn't changed same smile and warmth she made us feel at home and now that we've moved to Texarkana Texas when we come visit our friends and family we always chose Home 2 Suites. Because of Hannah.

The whole facilities and staff and breakfast.

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good. The pool was great! Our room was very clean. We ate at the restaurant next door and got a 10% discount, and the food was good.

The shower needed some work. The faucet was helped the water pressure but felt like needles and the hot water took forever. It felt like there were holes under the single piece floor and the paint was falling off the ceiling.

The staff extremely friendly. Very clean and a diverse breakfast that suits every diet.

No contact with the hotel through Booking and that costed me surcharges and complications arriving to the hotel. It was a nightmare. Once there everything was perfect. This is specially important since I am an international customer I don't have local phones, just internet.

I liked access to DFW via free courtesy shuttle

I think there should be a route to DAL as well, but sometimes you need comments to get a new thing going. I am not really thinking there was anything negative

I liked just about everything about the property. Awesome location, clean rooms, wonderful hot breakfast and good customer service .

Only slight problem was the shower floor had some play on it when you stepped on it. So it was a construction issue.

I was greeted so warmly when I walked through the door by Hana and Shane. They answered all my questions, they had a great sense of humor. I instantly felt comfortable. The lobby was tidy and I loved the cucumber water provided

We ended up in this property because the place where we had reservations for that night was unsuitable. This property was a perfectly good hotel for one night. The staff were fantastic. Very helpful and completely empathized with our situation.

It’s by the highway, not many choices to dine around. The police presence in the parking lot was welcome, but creepy.

The blackout blinds in our room - #409 - were broken. I didn't ask for a different room or repair because it didn't really impact our sleep.
