Front check-in staff was very friendly and welcoming! Everything was explained about what was complimentary and a paper was given to explain as well. When needed extra towels for the 2nd day it was no problem getting them. We were greeted every time we walked in.

The kitchen staff was very rude! Especially the woman making the omelettes and the one serving the sides! I thought maybe they were having a bad morning the first time but they were rude every day!

It was a nice hotel, clean, and pretty inside. The staff was friendly. Breakfast is great as usual at the Embassy Suites which is why we stay there. Rooms are spacious as expected.

Our key kept not working so I had to replace it multiple times and kept getting locked out of the room. The digital key feature did not work. The AC seemed to not always work in our room so one night we were really hot and I had trouble getting it to turn on. The walls are thin so we heard someone moving furniture around or something one night for a long time that kept us up. The TV is old and outdated and took forever just to go through channels. One of the lamps did not work in the room so the lighting was dim. The door did not open to the balcony, which I guess may be a safety feature now, but I like when we are able to open the door in other embassy suites we have stayed at.

Nice hotel, spacious rooms, great breakfast.

It’s a little outdated, but clean. Not sure why there’s a parking charge, it’s not even protected parking with gates. Never got maid service on our 2nd to last day.

The lighting in the bedroom was a little dark as one of thr lamps had a bulb the wasn't very bright. The light by the mirror was out.

The breakfast, hotel staff and the location of the hotel were ok.

Being charged for parking during our stay. It is crazy that we were guests who paid for our stay. This is a fee that will make me think twice in the future before booking.

Upon arrival, the front desk had 2 staff members and one was working with the problem with reservations with the Korean couple. It took extremely long time 2 get my room keys.

Our first room ac was not working but when I called they moved us immediately

Beds were a little hard but not too bad that would be the only thing I could say our stay was great

Beautiful inside, outdoor balcony, centrally located between Dallas and Ft. Worth, hot breakfast

No hot water in bathroom sink, refilled the coffee cups, but forgot the coffee, cream, and sugar...lol.

Definitely loved the breakfast. Hotel outside looks awesome and lobby area was nice.

Room we were in was just so outdated and not enough outlets near the beds. Air Conditioner took a while to cool the room.

Expected more from room services ask for trash bags to take wet close to laundry they took 2 days to take them. Yakusi didn't work properly it was cold all the time
