It was in a decent location. Bar was available, Customer Service was awesome.

My room didn't have a microwave l, but staff explained why and apologized. I was directed to a microwave I could use. Ice machine wasnt working,but I was able to get some, thanks to the helpful staff.

Location is quite near Dallas Fort Worth International Airport. Was pleased that they were able to allow for early check in. Short walk to Starbucks (for breakfast if you do not want the hotel breakfast), and a few restaurants. Short drive to lots of restaurants. Breakfast provided by hotel is nice, and think price is comparable to cafes nearby. Service can be a bit slow when a lot of guests as the cafe counter stuff probably prepares the breakfast ordered. Room is generally clean and sofa able to be converted to a bed if needed. The small gym is nice although I am not a serious user.. Too cold to try a dip in the swimming pool. :)

1 side of the hotel rooms are facing the Highway so is quite noisy at night. Will be a problem for light sleepers. Can request for rooms not facing highway. Did not have kettle in room, though can use the coffee maker to “boil” cups of hot water.. In fact, water dispenser in the gym does not have warm water. Not used to the softness of bed, though can imagine some people will like it. Odd though the basin is not in the toilet and just outside.

The cleanliness and the pool were my favorite details and the proximity to food and Walmart. I was traveling with my 8 year old and felt safe and secure there.

The only problem we had was our last night, our neighbor in 826 had music playing way too loudly at 2am. I called the front desk and the kind lady assured me she’d call them. The music didn’t stop, I just dozed off around 4am. (also the hotel phone was broken)

My stay was brief but like other times, always super pleasant. The property is very clean, the amenities are a bonus with access to an ATM in the lobby, snacks beers drinks you can charge to your room. The bistro is very convenient for breakfast and dinner. My favorite thing about courtyard Marriott especially this location is their rooms ie beds. Buttery soft and comfortable. Never have an issue with noise and they have a small pool that is located in the courtyard .

Did not eat at hotel

Went to have a drink the first night there and bartender acted like he couldn’t make a drink listed on the menu. Then went out side to sit in the seating area outside. All seats were dirty, full of leaves, bugs like it isn’t cleaned for people to enjoy. Tried to go to several area/seats all dirty and just went and sat inside. After that decided if the seating area is that dirty we would not use the pool. Cleaning staff was yelling down the hallway at each other Saturday morning so that was annoying. The rest of the time was fine and restful.

It was very up to date and very clean. The staff was very nice. This is an excellent place for the price and a great location. Lots of places to eat nearby, some in walking distance.

I had 3 rooms and in one of the rooms there were stains on the sheets. There was no night staff to change the sheets. They gave us the sheets and we changed them. That was the only problem.

Room was very nice and beds were comfortable.

$100 pet fee not mentioned until I got there. Only stayed two days. Most hotels only charge $10-50 as a pet fee. Most doors from courtyard into hotel did not open with card key. I had to go around until I could find one that worked. I did mention to staff. Breakfast not included, which I thought was unusual for your hotels.

The convenience of the location. The atmosphere of the hotel and staff friendly was superb. My overall stay was excellent.

Only down fall is the lighting in the bathroom area could be a little bit brighter especially for us ladies who like to put on makeup. Lol The lighting in that area sucks.

The front staff was friendly. The beds were super comfortable. Super affordable. Restrooms were clean and spacious. The hair products were amazing. We stayed at a king bed and sofa bed and four of us fitted comfortably.

There isn’t any microwave or refrigerator.

Very clean, very good service.

There was no bottles of water on the room, also one night the smell of mariguana was very strong for some other room.
