This is a good place to stay if visiting DFW for a day to a week. Value priced, kitchenette, clean, etc. for a no-bother stay. Large rooms make it comfortable, larger than across the street at the BW for the same price. Beds in good condition, no "catcher's mitt" problems, nice selection of pillows unlike the other place (which has one choice: too thick and too hard). Breakfast was on the slightly nicer side than the typical big chain. And, no bright parking lot lights coming in the window at night. I believe it's free parking and easy on and off the Interstate. Nice neighborhood, not far from the lake. Restaurants within walking distance.

This isn't pretending to be a resort property, just a reasonable place to stay multiple days, no complaints. Decor in the rooms is simple but clean, and it all works.

This is my second stay at this location. When I come to this area, this is where I will continue to book my stay. It opened in 2020, so it is still like a new hotel. It is very clean, the rooms are very well equipped - including utensils, china dishes and cups and many other kitchen items. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The in room coffee actually tastes good and they have CoffeMate creamer😋. The staff is friendly and check in is quick and easy. The parking lot and exterior is very well lit. It seems to be in a safe area. All in all, it is one of the best Home2Suites I have stayed in. This is one hotel I will recommend. Very satisfied customer 😁

Facility was easy to reach. We got a great and quiet spacy suite with two queen beds. The suite was very well equipped also having a selection of cooking equipment, fridge, microwave and a small oven. Everything in was quiet new, well maintained and clean. Beds were very compfy. The breakfast offered was above the common standard we had experienced so far. There was nothing to complain. Really a great facility.

Facility started to minimize occuring waste for the breakfast. But there is still great potential to improve. Keep going.

We did not eat breakfast; however, it was a nice option. We had an early medical appointment and needed to leave promptly.

There was a light above the sink, and we could not figure out how to turn it off. It would have been better if we could have turned it off. Also, the pillows go flat almost immediately; having firmer pillows would have been nice.

The suite was spacious, modern, clean and had a fabulous kitchen with a full-size refrigerator. The staff was very helpful. When I checked out they accommodated me with a late check-out at no extra fee, as my flight home was later in the afternoon. Additionally, my suitcase "gained weight" during my trip and the front-desk gentleman graciously helped lift and put my suitcase in the trunk of my rental car as I couldn't lift it that high. All in all, I prefer staying at Hilton properties, and this location I highly recommend.

Clean, well-kept and they accommodated with a room in a quiet location.

If someone ever invents hotel doors that close quietly so that the other guests can sleep past 6 a.m., they would be the most beloved of people. As with many hotels, the morning door slamming was the only problem. Everything else was great! Thank you!

When I arrived and tried to check in, the girl at the front desk insisted that I had not paid for the room and that the total balance was due. I had pre-paid through Booking.com. I pulled up my bank account and I could see where it had come out. She then tells me that no it did not come out, it was just a hold - it would be released - and that I needed to pay. So, I looked at my reservation on Booking.com and it confirmed it was paid in full. I told her I was not paying twice. A manager did come out and get it all straightened out so I guess all’s well that ends well despite the hassle. But just a warning to be careful !

Rooms were nice. Stayed during a busy time, so the other guests were a little noisy, but still a pleasant start.

I booked through booking.com and was told that my card was declined when I got there. Used a different card, but realized later that my card was charged through booking and the other card was charged through the hotel. So, I was double charged and reach out to resolve it, and no one followed up to resolve it. Unfortunately, that’s the lasting impression for me.

We booked this room for 5 people and 2 dogs, and this was the first time that we had plenty of space for everyone, including room to set up dog kennels. The hotel was quiet and clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast was great too. We will definitely stay here again.

There was nothing I did not like. I would consider our stay very close to perfect!

Everything was exceptional on this visit. We will be making reservations here again for our next trip here. Breakfast was a perfect combination. Room service was excellent. Very satisfied with this visit to see my son who lives down here.

Refrigerator had a leak our last day here. Told the desk, they will send maintenance to check it out.
