I loved how the receptionist Jordan made me and my wife feel .. she immediately texted after checking in to see if anything was needed to make my wife birthday very special… Jordan needs a raise I just love how professional and kind she was .. She’s definitely a super star …

The gentlemen at front desk was so nice and kind. He was very helpful. Young lady was too and willing to help when we told them the tv was not working. Property was clean and maintained.

The maintenance guy wouldn’t listen and didn’t understand that we just needed batteries for remote to make it work lol instead he changed the tv in room.

great location! hotel overall pretty standard Hilton property

housekeeping and breakfast were lacking. not impressed with the in-room coffee/coffee amenities overall. for a two night stay, we were provided four k-cups (one regular coffee, one decaf, and two black teas) and one creamer, one half and half, and two sugars. both mornings I went to the lobby to get coffee - the second morning all our coffee came from the lobby, as they didn’t provide any housekeeping while we were there. we aren’t folks who need new towels every day, but emptied trash and refilled coffee would have been great.

Large and very comfortable and well equipped King Bed room with option to bring our pet dog. Included quite good breakfast buffet with plenty of options to choose from

Window heat and A/C unit worked well but personal preference for quieter central air systems.

Location

The water pressure was awful and the hot water was lacking. There were clumps of hair and old M&Ms in the room in the carpet. Not smashed into the carpet just obviously not vacuumed.

The bar staff (Josh) took great care of us and we had a great experience. Having a meal at the hotel was convenient, but having great food was a bonus. Would definitely recommend eating in the hotel to anyone, whatever the diet requirements.

The executive suite that was reserved was not clean or functional at check-in. The HVAC did not work properly (no heat and the room temp did not get above 65 degrees F), the room smelled musty (perhaps as a result of the faulty HVAC), the bathroom was not clean (toothpaste on mirror, dirty bathtub, toilet and floor) and the floors of the room were not clean. We were moved to another room within minutes (by the exceptional Assistant Manager, Baxter), which was a two queen room. This room was exactly as expected: clean and functional.

Cleanliness, amenities, location, check in time, check out time.

I would have liked a bit more of savings on the price, maybe 10% less to be equal to surrounding facilities.

Good breakfast Fast

Breakfast too expensive. After the end of the day - Beer for $8.00 to sit in the lobby or on the 100 degree patio is outrageous.

Best part of the stay was the friendly and helpful staff from the front desk to the breakfast service to the lobby cleaning staff - all were wonderful. I contracted for a private luncheon with a very short notice and Cole was super responsive and fun to work with. The luncheon was a 3 course plated salmon entree with linens and a private banquet room. It was perfect to celebrate my niece's wedding with family. We had 6 rooms for a family reunion and the lobby, breakfast area and pool were a great place to gather and talk. It was nice having the bar open too.

The carpets on the third floor need updating.
