Location! Not too far from family we were visiting from out of State for Thanksgiving 2024! Tyler was so professional and kind when we arrived and prior, with text messages informing me of there was anything I needed to let him know. There was another lady at the front desk that I didn’t get the name of the next day too! Kaja (I hope I spelt her name right!) the morning of checkout was so kind too with her pretty painted nails! Everyone, including the lovely lady who came to clean our room, along with the janitorial staff were pleasant. Would recommend this hotel for others who need a good place to stay if ever in the area!

It’s not really a dislike, instead a suggestion. The bathtub in the room was great apart from the fact that there is no way to protect from falling when taking a shower so I felt best to put a towel in our bathtub for safety reasons.

Clean, Fresh, Very Friendly Staff was Excellent Christobol greeted us with the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time. Super impressive as he was attentive & Alex, Lynn were also very happy to help. Very refreshing to stay where it’s obvious people love working for their company.

Room was spacious and clear. Shower was huge! There was even a small gym, which was nice. The pool (spa) was outside and unfortunately it rained that day so could not use it.

I was not pleased with the selection of the breakfast, at least not to the European standards. There were too much "sweet pastries" so it was hard to try and eat healthy. It was good to have the small shop next to the reception but purchased 2 small beers and they did not have beer-opener.

Once we found the hotel, and checked in, everything was great. The room was clean, spacious and I love the giant TV and art decor. The breakfast was so good!. Definitely will come back again.

All the construction and all the different exits to get to the hotel was the biggest problem.

We stayed for my son's birthday weekend. I did a small decorating in a room and the young man upfront helped me with supplies I needed. He was so sweet and willing to help! And it ended up being such a sweet surprise for my son with just a small act. Thankyou for making our stay wonderful.

Liked- staff, bed, room, cleanliness, quietness, free parking & location. Could do better - more breakfast choices - more cereal options, hot options.

I wish the little fridge was a little bigger. It worked out between the fridge and my cooler though.

The room was big. The staff was friendly all during my stay.

The bathroom light switch in room 509. Need to replace motion sensor or put a old type switch. Also, kids were playing "knock and run" on the weekend. I notified staff, and they corrected the issue. Great job on that btw

The staff were all super helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend staying here if you are in the area, the hotel and staff were above and beyond my expectations!

I've stayed at this location a few times. Every time, it has exceeded my expectations. The staff is always friendly and very informative. I really feel at home here.
