Our room was big and clean. I loved that they have all Dove products, and big bottles of shampoo/conditioner and body wash. The breakfast had a great selection. I got home late one night and there were some people being very loud in their room a few down from me. I thought I was going to have to call down to the front desk to ask them to turn down their music, but I didn’t hear anything the minute I closed my room door. So very quiet rooms. And the front desk staff was always nice. Every time I passed by, they greeted me.

Elevator was a little outdated and slow.

This Holiday Inn was perfect for our trip! The lady who checked us in was an absolute doll! The sweetest lady! Bed was comfy, and breakfast was great each morning. We always enjoy trips to Texas and will keep this hotel in mind next time we visit.

Location was just what I needed for visiting friends who live in Flower Mound. Very convenient to restaurants and shopping. Clean and comfortable.

TV volume wasn't working well. When the AC came on, I had trouble hearing the TV over the noise of the fan. Increasing the volume on the TV didn't work beyond a certain level so that I could hear it properly, which was annoying.

The breakfast was good and bed was comfortable. I liked the amenities and it was quiet.

The elevator didn’t work and they didn’t offer to put me in a 1st floor room. Also, the carpets and floors need to be disinfected better. Smelled like stinky feet.

Melissa found a room that was ready and checked us in when we arrived a little past noon, although check-in is at 3 pm. She also explained the hotel benefits program and enrolled me. Breakfast was great. Spacious room.

The bath towels were a bit rough to dry off with. Had to wait for a seat to sit to eat. The thermostat to a while to regulate the room temperature.

The price increase was high after we had priced the room a couple days before we booked it.

We have a granddaughter with celiac and there was nothing she could have for breakfast beside fruit. The yogurt would have been ok, but it was plain Greek yogurt.

Location was great. Easy off and on to the highway. Close to shopping places.

Third floor hallway was very noisy after midnight. People running up and down the hallway and generally being noisy.

A group of family members stayed here for a wedding. The location was not far from both airports. Also, close to the wedding venue. There was plenty of room in the lobby area for the family to share dinner (delivery) and meet for breakfast each morning.

The facility was very clean and good. The kitchen food was good. Room service was good too. Staff was kind and nice. Facility location was the number one reason why I chose to stay. Near to Carillton and the lake! Overall it was good!

I didn't use swimming pool because there was a guy smoking out there. I don't know for sure about smoking policy at the hotel so cannot complain about it. The kitchen needs more tables and chairs. If there were one more elevator, it would be awesome.

I love the location and the value of the hotel. Great staff and the hotel was well maintained!!
