Beautiful hotel! We loved the pool and basketball hoop right next to it. The room was clean and comfortable. The full-size refrigerator was really nice. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The parking lot was well lit and safe.

My husband left his baseball hat in our room. I called when we got home to see if they could mail it to us and was told they did not find a hat. 🤔

Everything was nice. Amazing breakfast and rooms. Nice hotel, especially for an affordable extended stay hotel. Wifi was easy to access. Smooth parking. And it's super quiet, unlike other Extended stay hotels with a loud and rough transient crowd.

The hot water sometimes didn't kick in until after 12pm. But no real complaints.

The location, breakfast, the pool, the basketball court, the size of the room, and the kitchen!

The furniture was old and worn down. The towels were dirty looking. The sheets were not clean. The lights in the bathroom kept flickering. Room 116.

Excellent room layout allowed family members to work and sleep as needed and privacy Staff was extremely friendly and helpful Staff was constantly cleaning and mopping the facility Breakfast was better than usual American hotel breakfast

Great location and easy access to main roads, shops and conference.

House cleaning was instructed several times not to clean (in line with their Eco policy) however came to room one evening to find a bin in my room and soy sauce spilt on floor. I didn’t eat or bring any food into my room during my stay.

I liked the cleanliness of the room.

Not enough silverware n plates for a family of Five.Had to take turns to eat. Very few options for breakfast, no hot chocolate for children.

Breakfast sunday bad, cold not hot. other two days was fine.

WE had to leave two nights early due to family medical emergency. I was told to ask you if I could receive a credit or a rain check at this property since we paid for two nights we did not use???. we go there two times a year

The staff at Homewood was wonderful!! I originally booked for three weeks, but we had to extend (house searching is a bear in TX right now) and because I forgot to do it early our type of room was all booked up. The manager, Raul, was able to move things around & save us having to move rooms on a very busy weekend, even though it was my mistake! The location is also super! Easy access to the highway, and there's pretty much everything you could need within 10 minutes :)

There were a lot of cigarette butts and some random garbage around the grounds. Being the windy season, this would be a hassle to clean up, but it definitely deterred from the visual appeal each time we entered the parking area. (I can't say as I noticed as much in the front, we weren't really out there aside from check-in).

The location was not to far from the Airport. Only the entrance to the hotel was kind of hidden.
