Perfect customer service Free Breakfast was amazing Easy access to the door entrance as well as the elevator. Our room was very cozy and had every electrical devises for our usage. Iron, blow dryer, coffee pot sheets we’re comfortable n pillows too. The view out the window was nice!

I didn’t like the air conditioner /. Heater. I was not working to my standards. It was around 11:00pm and there was a bunch of kids running up n down the hallway and they even banged on our door. They were shelling and laughing. We didn’t like that at all.

The set up of the suites is so nice. We loved the closer space, having a little kitchen and dishes available!!

The ONLY thing I would change would be the toilet paper could be a little softer, and the door to the bathroom- if it swang out instead of in to the bathroom, would be more convenient.

Great spot and super clean! Love the breakfast and the room size (2 standard beds) is perfect for 2-4 people. I also love that there was a small kitchen included in our room and plenty of table space to do work.

The bathrooms could have been a little bit better stocked and it was definitely a little crowded getting ready even for just 2 people, but it wasn’t a deal breaker.

The lady at the front desk was amazing. FULL of personality and a Big smile to go with it. I sure hope she gets paid accordingly. She is worth every cent and more. The face for the entire operation when you have a guest. She is awesome.

Homeless people were walking in eating breakfast because they see there is no one at the front desk. We seen it happen 2x.

First time for us to stay at Towneplace Suites and we loved it. I used to think this hotel brand wasn't good (I don't know why---maybe the name didn't sound classy to me). Oh man, I was so wrong. We walked into our room and we couldn't believe what we saw: a very large room with 2 separate bedrooms+closets, 3 TV sets, a dining table with 4 chairs, a large living area with a sofa bed, a well furnished kitchen with a large fridge, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, silverware, glasses...the whole thing one can expect to find in a kitchen. We were impressed. The beds were comfy. The hotel has an outdoor basketball court where my son could play. The breakfast was nice. The whole place was clean. Quite happy I chose this hotel and from now on, Towneplace Suites will always be my first choice when looking for a play to stay.

The bathroom was a little bit small but I won't complain about it when I consider the size of the room and bedrooms.

The room was very clean and cozy! The place was located by everything! Breakfast was great every morning. The staff was amazing and very nice. This is a great place for a family because of the kitchen and close proximity to Costco! We had a blast exploring the area! Definitely coming back soon!

I had a kitchenette so I can cook my meals but there was only one big pot, which was the old teflon kind.

Every year we go to flower mound for the pumpkin patch and we always book this hotel because, it is always clean, comfortable, safe, the serve amazing breakfast, and the pool is always clean. The staff is also friendly and courteous.

Nothing I feel that everything was absolutely great.
