The staff were very polite. The room location was close to the lift and the ice machine.. The room was lovely and clean and spacious. The bed was comfy, and we had all that we required.

The breakfast was nice but the choice was quite limited. Also, we had 2 TVs in our room, but they showed the same thing on both each time you changed the channel. Would have been good if they showed separate programmes fr.the beginning.

Brand new! Large rooms were great for families. The lobby and eating area are wonderful for relaxing. Breakfast was very tasty!

Would be good to have car charging station for other electric vehicles (besides Tesla). We’re from Colorado and have plug-in hybrid Kia. Most hotel guests are from other states drive vehicles that aren’t Teslas.

Property was easily accessible from the 35, and very well kept. The room was clean and the bathroom was spacious. The front desk gentleman was friendly at check-in and answered a couple questions I had. I would stay here again.

From my window, I could see the front desk staff hanging out around an old van and smoking in the parking lot. It wasn't a deal breaker for me (they very well could've been on a break), but gave off an unprofessional appearance.

The breakfast was exceptional! I've stayed at many different hotels over the years. Some in foreign countries. None of them were as good as this one!!

Needs better signage, which shows the roads that go to the hotel. This would be very helpful for the travelers arriving after sunset.

I liked everything about my stay except I could hear when the guest beside me flushed their toilet. Apart from that everything was great

Very clean and pretty. Looked like it was brand new even tho they told us it was almost a year old. Front desk staff was very nice and attentive to our needs and any requests we had.

We had some issue with getting our room serviced but they resolved it for us. Otherwise I wouldn’t complain about anything.

The property was very nice, clean, and well maintained. It was also very easy to find. They also accommodated our early check-in request and that was a big bonus!!

The parking lot was messed up so you had to go around the long way and only parking was in the back.

the hold you out on debit card for “incidentals” is bull sit . I work with a major bank and you are supposed to just get and authorization and the refund the auth and run card for the amount of stay . I see it all the time and to wait for my “incidental “ amount 3-5 days is bull.

This hotel was super clean and the staff was friendly. The room was spacious and the lighting was great!

The bed was a little hard but that is personal preference. Also the bathroom had no vents so it was hot in there and wouldn't cool off after we took hot showers. We got in late and wished we had asked for extra linens but it was ok.
