First of all I loved the whole digital check in/check out and digital key. I didn't have to see the front desk at all. So convient. There is the standard $50.00 room deposit but that was returned to me within the hour. The location was great. Lots of spots to eat. There was a salt grass steak house literally 100 feet from the door. The building was very clean and smelled fresh. Our room was great. The shower felt amazing and I loved the shower gel,shampoo and conditioner mounted to the shower wall. The bed was sooo sturdy clean and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty nothing out of the norm. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND 👍.

The room toilets were usually low to the ground.

Whenever we are going to Florida, we stop in Denton Texas at the Hampton Inn suite we always love the comfort of the beds, the staff front desk, but this time was extra special. I accidentally left my suitcase behind and didn’t realize it till I got home the next night. I called them. They verified that they had it. I printed a shipping label and they shipped it back to me. I am so grateful and will only stay at this hotel when I come to town. They are amazing.!

Breakfast was exceptional. Kept fresh, tasty and a good selection.

She was careful, but the check in was a bit laborious. I wasn't sure my pre-reservation was recognized or if there was some problem. the young lady could use just a bit more training. A guest in 143(?) experienced a health issue in the breakfast room and it appeared to be necessary to call the staff into action and they called 911. It took experience and effort on my part to handle the situation, but "nothing" was mentioned and I received no further information concerning the outcome which seemed odd since I had become so involved in taking action in the matter and felt concern for the individual guest.

Breakfast was okay. Never heard of having a corndog with scrambled eggs. They should of had a staff person wipe off the tables in the eating area.

We arrived at about 2:30 p.m. and the person at the front desk said check in was at 3:00 p.m. and we could not check in until that time. We had an appointment at 3:45 p.m. and had to change clothes and get ready. When she saw I was a bit upset she seemed to find us a room. If check out is at 11:00 a.m. I can't believe they would not have a room available before 3:00 p.m. I have stayed at a Hampton Inn many times and never had that problem.

Location of the breakfast area was fine. Cleanliness was okay. Good selection of breakfast foods.

We went down for coffee and all of the pots were empty!!! We could not find the attendant so I had to go ask at the front desk for more coffee. The desk clerk said the attendant would take care of it but she also realized the attendant had not come out so she went to the work area to alert the attendant.

Slightly off the beaten path so it was quiet. Super friendly and efficient staff. The entire place was immaculately clean and sparkling. Even smelled great. Free breakfast was perfect. Comfortable beds, well appointed rooms plenty of nice towels! Not on single negative!! Great location for our Denton and Dallas destinations. Perfect stay!

Beautiful suite. Loved the large feeling. Love the bath soap, lotions. Breakfast is acceptable.

Room darkening shades are inches from the window and do little good to keep room dark. Bathtub is a bit slippery and needs a mat in tub. Breakfast is good except yucky eggs.

Clean, comfortable, great location & quiet. Breakfast variety was really good each day of my stay. Coffee is always fresh & good tasting, as well. I always enjoy my stays at Hampton Inn & Suites.

Really nothing was wrong or didn't work. I just wish hotels would provide more lighting in the rooms.

Very convenient to the places we needed to go. Clean rooms and great staff.

There was a powerful failure on the morning we had to leave so the elevator was not working. I have a physical problem that made it difficult to get down the stairs. At least we were only on the second floor. The staff tried to be very accommodating so it eventually worked out.

Very nice, extremely welcoming and so beautifully cleaned!

There was an issue with the pos and there was a misunderstanding with the the payment and it made me nervous, but after he explained and I understood, we were good, it was an amazing experience.
