The hotel is located near shopping centers about a minute away with lots of different stores and dinning options. Hotel looks wonderful and new. At the very entrance, there is a dispenser with cold water infused with lemon, which was great for the change in temperature. The coffee and tea bar had an extensive variety of options, and in the room, there was a Keurig to make your personal cup of coffee with the K-cup. Breakfast time is early, and there are many options including the Texas waffle and mini waffles, cereal, bagels, English muffins, scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, salsa, toppings, juice, and oat milk. The beds were comfortable and so were the pillows. Overall, the room was good and clean.

The pool is not so big and is heavy with Clorox, but it is maintained clean and supplied with medium sized towels. We wished there were more options for exercise machines and benches in the exercise room, but overall the facilities were good. There are not very many options on channels for viewing on the TV, but they are okay.

Very comfortable. Staff was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Staff member serving breakfast was always busy making sure everything is clean and plenty of food out. We enjoyed our stay.

The only thing I had a issue with was the shower. Once soap got on the floor of the shower it was very slick. Only one grab bar and its at the back of the shower and doesn't do any good.

High quality room furniture. Fifty five inch flat screen TV. The entire facility was first class. Outstanding breakfast as well.

There was a water leak somewhere so a note was put under the door indicating we would be without water several hours to repair the problem. They also shut down the only elevator during this time. The location is convenient but presented difficulty for Navigation programs.

Clean and comfortable. Good location. Debbie (front desk) was so personable and accommodating. Jennifer (served breakfast) kept items ready and regularly cleaned & disinfected tables after guests left. Such a refreshing, friendly and competent staff!!

Clean & comfortable. Next to Walmart, Sam’s club and lots of food options. Not far from a Buccees either.

Nothing to complain about - the pool was closed but we were able to use the neighboring hotel with permission so that was nice.

Nice clean and inviting

When I went to front desk regarding a major problem with my parents room they were not the nicest and flat out told me they could nothing about it. They did say the manager would be in at 7am the next morning

Breakfast had more options than typical (seeds and grains and dried fruits, and fresh bananas). Receptionist was extra helpful with tips about local sites.

Only negative was a long (all evening and all night) internet outage which was beyond the control of the hotel staff.

The bed was very very uncomfortable im disabled and on oxygen i have to sleep up. I tried sitting up in bed and the pillows went totally flat and I weigh only 130 the bed was worn completely out when i laid down the bed sank in other than that everything was great. 5e5tr7

The room and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with good variety each day. Convenience to highways and shopping were great.

The bathroom door drug and stuck on the floor. Another chair in the room would have been nice. Room 303.

I rated 9 out of 10 because we did not get to try the breakfast buffet. I had surgery the morning after our stay, and this location was very convenient and a great price. We were very satisfied and would stay here again.
