Overall the the room was good, the the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful when I had questions. I enjoyed the lobby area it was very seasonal and welcoming. The room was clean and there was plenty of towels.

I was a little concerned about how the GPS had me and a family member enter the Hotel's parking lot. The hotel was not located in a bad place; it was right off the highway and very convenient when leaving. Personally, the GPS had us come weirdly. The second thing I had a problem with was my Wi-Fi in the room; I'm not sure if it was my laptop or the Wi-Fi itself. The front desk did give me an IT number to call, and I had them help me with my connection. It did work after a while, but it came in and out sometimes during my stay. No one else seemed to have a problem.

Unfortunately, there was a lot of transients/homeless that often walked to and from the cheap budget bad quality place next door. Because of this and often felt like they were scouting out vehicles there’s nothing that can really be done about that Except make sure your vehicle is secured and not easy to break Quick into

We enjoyed our stay much better than the South location. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was big, the bed comfortable. We had maid service each day, which we didn't at the South location. The air conditioner worked well, the water was hot, which was not at the South location. Everything was clean and pristine. The TV worked well. The fitness center was convenient. The treadmill worked well. The elevator was convenient. The entire hotel was clean.

The food was good. The room was clean and smelled fresh. The location was really good with a large outlet mall across the street with plenty of gas stations and restaurants.

With the construction on the road, it was a little more difficult to reach the hotel. That will clear up when the construction is finished.

Breakfast was standard IHG hotel breakfast. Nothing fancy but gets the job done.

One of the elevators had an issue where you would get on it push floor 1 and it wouldn’t go anywhere. All other floor buttons worked fine. So, if we got in that situation we would just get off of it send it to another floor and call the other elevator.

The room looked new. The blackout blinds were excellent

This isn't a movie theater the concession stand is quite expensive considering there is no smell of popcorn in the air. One weird issue is the bathroom floor is slick. Also with all holiday Inn express the doors seem to make a huge noise when shutting them waking up sleepers. Maybe a thin coat of polyurethane may fix the latch iss and some grip stickers or stairway stickers in the bathroom?

Liked absolutely everything. Room was great, wonderful comforters. Great pressure and hot water in shower. Staff were great. Macy at the front desk was super nice. The breakfast was terrific. Bonito in the dining kept everything neat and orderly, clean and lots of coffee. Just can't say enough about this hotel. Hotel of choice from now on.

Room was clean, quiet as requested. Breakfast was basic but good enough to get my day started. Coffee was better than most.

Wish this hotel could have more luggage carts conveniently available for guests.

My first choice every time is holiday inn express for all of the reasons above and most importantly was the consistent special sweet rolls which are always hot and delicious !!!! You are the best HI Express 😄

So I had an elevator that seemed very slow but that is only thing I can think of negative.

It was good to stay for a night. Clean and no funny smells.

All kinds of noise and sounds from the other rooms when I walk in thru hallway. The door doesn't have any sound protection. People can hear everything from the hallway real good. 😄 🤣
