Mr Webb and Jonathan checked me in Thursday evening and were so kind and helpful. Mr Webb went above and beyond with exceptional service when I tried to find something specific (cook some soup in the microwave). He kept looking and even said he would contact the sister property to find it. He eventually did and made all the difference! I also liked your pet fee was very reasonable compared to the hotel I used (forced to use) before arriving for the wedding.

Nothing! Everything was exceptional from checkin to check out and the delicious breakfast!

The room was a Queen double. The floors were fake hardwood, but nice. We didn’t like the metal head boards that hang on the wall and make noise every time you get out of bed. Other than that, the room was nice with extra pillows, microwave & fridge. Property was clean with good areas to walk our dogs. The $25 fee for each dog is appropriate. The breakfast was good with real eggs, sausage patties, biscuits & the usual waffles. There was fruit & yogurt for lighter eaters. They had good coffee and creamer options & ice water available all day.

There was no jacuzzi which should be changed in the description. We were disappointed. As mentioned above, the metal/fake wood headboards were noisy. The 3’ fake trees ‘planted’ around the outside of property look silly. Get some real trees.

I stay here weekly when I have visit with my kids and don’t wanna have to travel far to get them to or from school during my visitation. My kids and I love this place. The staff is always been great! For the various times, I’ve needed them for weird stuff like a highlighter or a pencil… They’ve always let me borrow it without any trouble. I love the snack station. You can peruse if you get hungry in the middle of the night that’s awesome and the breakfast is amazing every time. Variety of items and quality is always great. I will never go anywhere else unless something changes for the worse

Only thing I didn’t like was I needed quarters for the washer and dryer… I had about four dollars I needed to exchange for quarters but they didnt have any.

The young man at check in was not friendly never smiled and never explained my cost to me for the room I booked ahead of time and requested an early check in (12noon) after driving 6hrs tired and sleepy we had to wait 2 hours outside your parking lot in our vehicle for an early check in. When I booked the room the cost of the room was $129 online when I checked in he never explained to me that I would pay more and would be refunded at check out until I seen the charge on my card I left my room and went back downstairs to the lobby and that’s when he told me it was a security charge and I would get it back at check out, again not friendly, for someone who works the front for your Hotel he needs to know this, I witnessed other guests telling HIM thank you and he never responded back to them!

Located in the perfect spot for our stay. Check in was quick and simple. We did request a handicap accessible room, but they weren’t any left available. Staff was very friendly and accommodating to our needs to the best of their abilities. Our suite was generous in size, comfortable for the amount of time we spent at the room. WiFi was a little slow, but the weather was bad and possibly affected that. We would stay here again if needed to be in the area for a few days.

Carpet in common areas and hallways needs cleaned or replaced. High volume areas, steam clean often or take it up.

I would not say it is romantic. It was a great hotel room. The gym had machines that were not working properly. There was a sign no the pool saying it was closed. The staff had difficulty keeping up with demand for breakfast. Several items ran out each morning and it took up to an hour to get more. This is on management, not on staff! The day man at the desk never smiled. The staff was great. The housekeeping people were cheerful, friendly and great!

Gym equipment that works. Use of pool and hot tub longer hours for those of us who are night owls or just plain shy. The bathroom sinks are designed for people 5'5" and taller. Difficult for short people.

Breakfast plentiful and good. Night staff was excellent. Morning desk attendant could use training in customer service. Not a new hotel but very clean. Pets welcome.

We were a little surprised that they added a 50.00 charge to the quoted price since we booked with site. It was refunded within 10 days but this should have been disclosed.

Beds were comfortable. Room was cold at first but once I adjusted the temp it was nice and warm. Liked that it was close to where we needed to go.

The breakfast was really bad this time around not sure if it was different personal but we only tried it once and didn’t go back which sucked cause we went out for breakfast which was the reason why we reserved a hotel with breakfast included

Very clean throughout the hotel from the lobby, to the breakfast are, to the hallways and our room. The weekend staff member responsible for the breakfast area was very attentive to refilling food items, cleaning the food table and Items on the food table, and cleaning the tables after people dined at them.

The bathtub appeared to have some mold on the caulk and the spigot was not flush with the wall. Hopefully it's in the process of being remodeled.

I SOOOO wish we could have stayed here longer. This property was a welcomed and much appreciated relief from what we've been dealing with. The hotel seemed very booked but despite that it was very quiet, very plushy comfortable with an ample breakfast, indoor pool which we definitely enjoyed and the tea and coffee bar was comforting. I would live in this hotel if I could ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
