It was a wonderful experience, except the young man that check me in acted like he had other things he’d rather be doing. To say he was not polite, would be an understatement. He’s not front desk material. His first name is Ryan. We had emergency trip, had driven 9 hours and were exhausted. I thought if rest of our stay is like him- this is not going to be fun! The rest of our stay was awesome. Every employee we saw was a joy! Next trip there we will stay here again. I’ll just wait on another staff member to check us in.

The young man who checked us in , was not front desk material. He needs to be where he does not have interactions with the public.

My husband and I stayed at the hotel with our small dogs on multiple occasions as we were based across the state and searching to purchase and close on a new home in town. The staff was consistently excellent, even in the face of large convention crowds, including huge groups of children for dance contest events. I always appreciate the suite layout, the fact that the hotel allows a couple of little pups, and the attached restaurant.

There are some cobwebs in the upper corners of soaring ceilings, which are obviously tough to reach. Not a big deal, but they did draw my eye as I was relaxing in the lobby. But this really a minor quibble.

It's obvious, but the first good thing about Embassy Suites is that it offers Suites, which is excellent if one person is sleeping and the other has to work or watch TV. There's a table and decent-sized mini kitchen. The breakfast is solid; it's still standard hotel fare, but it's hot and there's a nice selection. The happy hour was fun, and the lobby is lovely and comfortable. The staff was excellent. They were having some tech issues, which happens, but did a great job with updates and were focused on problem solving. I enjoyed every conversation I had with a staff member and felt that they genuinely cared about my stay.

The pillows were very mushy.

The free breakfast was the wonderful so many options!! We were delayed by weather so we didnt arrive until closer Til 1:00am. Everyone was extremely helpful. Location is amazing!!! Target, Cheddars, IHop and more right there in walking distance. We will be back!!!

Everything (including lights) is high tech and I'm not a wiz with it just could had used more instructions lol..

the room size is decent, love that mirror could connect to my phone Bluetooth and play music. Made me enjoy my skincare moment. Staffs were really nice, and it has a Starbucks!!!

Would appreciate to alert me ahead that the pending charge is for incidental costs, and it will go away after I check out. Cause I thought I broke something in the hotel. Other than that, all great. we drove our Tesla here, and love the charging station as well.

Well appointed and expansive hotel. I was originally scheduled in an AirBnb property but the AirBnb rental was occupied and very dirty. I was forced to find another location and Embassy Suites was very accimidating, particularly Stacy, the evening manager. She was incredibly helpful in correcting a booking that was accidentally cancelled.

All good.

Breakfast was wonderful. Really enjoyed the evening reception. Spacious lobby, very well done. Ate at Houlihan's and the food was outstanding as was Sebastian our server. Lovely pool with warm water and rats!, I forgot my swimsuit.

The location was OK. Geared for a business area. Could have used a jacuzzi/hot tub by the pool for that little extra.

Everything was wonderful! The staff was amazing and did everything they could to make our stay, as wonderful as possible! The breakfast selection was great each day, there was always different options. The pools and splash pads were a great touch! We will definitely stay there again when we return to visit.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

I made the reservation through Booking.com. When I arrived, the reservation wasn't in the system. Booking.com's agent was helpful at first then simply failed to call me back to resolve the situation. Booking.com's agent was worse than useless.This all was happening at 1:30 in the morning. Hotel staff worked with me to make things right. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel perfectly located for me.

The location was great. Moved 2 daughters to Denton. It was 5 minutes from their house. The staff was friendly. Rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The lobby was beautiful with a fireplace and lush greenery.

Can't think of anything that was a glaring negative.
