Easy access to most everything...no frills chill spot. Despite being close to I35 it's surprisingly quiet. The other guests are nice and keep to themselves. I felt safe at this property and there's no issues to speak of! The housekeeping gals do a great job of keeping the rooms tidy and clean and they can make a mean bed I will say that!

The pool was small but clean. The desk people we spoke with were very nice and helpful. Our room was very clean and smelled clean. The beds weren't terrible.

The property is run down and could use some serious cleaning and renovating. There are people living in more than half of the rooms, by the looks of it. People are constantly moving around the area, and the noise level never goes away.

I found everythhing I needed for my stay. All the facilities I needed was found at the room. A good frige, a micro owen and a stove.

I really didn't like the reception. the first impression of the place was the worst as possible. I just arrived after midnight, after more than 24 hours of trip. The guy in reception was so dry. He attended me out of the hotel, without even opening the door, asked for my credit card to pay in advance my stay and required my password. Only after almost five minutes of arguing he allowed me to get in to type the password. Training is missing.

It was easy access and close to decent food options! It was a decent stay for the price for sure. Staff was friendly, the fridge was full size, we didn't use the hot top but it was there as an option. We travel with our dogs and it was pet friendly! For what it is, it was a good stay!

If it could have been different, I would hope for it to be a bit cleaner , there weren't bugs or bad stains or nasty smells, but the floors could have been cleaned better for sure. Something to keep in mind when traveling with pets, spots to take them for the bathroom are at the front of the property because the rest is parking.

I was able to check in right away without any problems. My daughter will be attending UNT this year and needed a room to stay so I wouldn't have to drive back and forth. The location was convenient for me since UNT is the next freeway exit, and it had a restaurant around the hotel.

there was a huge storm with 80 mile an hour winds which pushed water under the air conditioner and door causing 1/2 water to come under first bed and in front of door. nothing that owners could be responsible for

The room was very clean. The outside appearance is not good,but was being worked on during my stay. The room was already redone and was excellent. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Would love to stayed longer.

We stayed during the hard freeze late 2024 for the signature series 3 for TCL cornhole. The staff were amazing, room was clean and price was amazing! Definitely will stay again!!!

Staff is always friendly rooms are very clean (those ladies work their butt's off!) And most important, no pet deposit.

The price was higher than usual but it was Memorial weekend

It has roaches but I got some raid and sprayed...other than that it's pretty decent and comfortable.
