The beds and pillows were comfortable. The room was mostly clean. There were handprints on the window.

They need to make the pool easier for handicapped or even older folks who don’t move as well to get in. The railings were so hot as to cause burns so not helpful. There has got to be way to fix that. Breakfast was standard. They did have a chef to make omelets. That was awesome. The staff were not unfriendly but they were not friendly either. Doesn’t hurt to smile.

I was attending the National Storm Chaser Summit, which I would like to thank the hotel for hosting. I was particularly happy with the ready availability of water and iced tea throughout the day at the summit! The conference area, common areas of the hotel, and my room were all clean and well kept. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Thanks for hosting us this year!

The staff is amazing and very helpful.

The restaurant food was terrible. Due to my work schedule I had to eat there several times. The soup was good, but that was it, they even messed up the toast for the toast and pimento dish. The fish and chips included some kind of white fish that was drowned in a greasy soft batter, I’m not sure there was even fish in it. The burger was also not good. Not cooked to my request and was rubbery.

The made to order breakfast was outstanding. Top quality, fruits, vegetables, bread, eggs, bacon, sausage it was all excellent.

We felt like we had excellent everything.

We stayed at this property multiple times each and every time we’ve walked away with total satisfaction. Thank you for bringing greatness to the Dallas Fort Worth area.

Staff

Elevator doors slam open and shut very hard and dangerous on the far right side if your facing elevators. Staff were notified but they remained in use.

really easy check in, loads of parking and great rooms. Bill the Coach guys was awesome and knowledgeable and dropped me off at a fantastic BBQ joint.

Breakfast could have been nicer.

Clean facility and friendly staff. Hotel bar was my favorite place next to the comfortable bed.

I would not change a thing about this stay

Bed was not very comfortable. Staff was pleasant but did not respond back to us regarding extra pillows and blanket without us inquiring again and was then told that they had run out.

Very little choice in Breaksfast.
