My husband and I loved our stay. It was so central to everything we had planned to do. Super nice location and rooms so comfortable and clean. I loved being in a room with the water and ice dispenser a few steps outside my door and not having to walk for all my water trips.

We didn’t eat at the restaurant because it was so expensive which was disappointing. Also the Starbucks served was very different than the drinks you’d order at Starbucks. It’d be awesome if they just had hot coffee in the lobby like most places. As a barista it was hard for me to watch the girl working take an order, make the drink, rather than setting up the drink, taking the next order, and so on. I had 2 people ahead of me and it took 15 minutes or so and I just ordered a drip coffee because I didn’t want to hold up those behind me. Staff was super nice and friendly thought. We will definitely stay here during our next visit.

The location was great! Not far from the Southlake town Square, which has some very good restaurants and has a lot of place for entertainment! We enjoyed our stay there!

Not really anything that was a problem but I called and asked for a blanket and they said they would have housekeeping bring it to me, but it never made it. We just turned the A/C up.

Good location for our purposes, the lady who checked us in was thoughtful and gave us the type of room we needed. Staff made an effort to greet us as we came and went. We appreciated the price for a7 day stay.

I didn’t like the options for maid service: every day or not at all. I would have been happy with every other day. I chose ever day. I don’t think the room was vacuumed carefully every time. The coffee assortment was meager- not an equal number of decaf and regular. Missed the creamers packets. Missed the glasses in the bathroom. Forgot to mention we LOVED the shower in the room and the bathroom in the lobby !

Everything was very clean and well kept. The staff that we did meet were all very friendly and helpful especially those in the restaurant for breakfast. We were given complimentary breakfast vouchers for one day of our stay. AC was working just fine!! And it was quiet throughout our stay so it was very relaxing.

Unfortunately one thing to complain about: since the hotel is just 150 yards away from highway, it was just to noisy to sit outside for a coffee or so - though hotel had some chairs and tables outside.

This property exceeded our expectations! Luxury is an understatement certainly! The entire place has a very high end feel, all the details were top notch! The staff was super helpful and the room was so clean! Super comfy bed! The pool is small but works great! Already planning another getaway to this hotel! The location couldn’t have been anymore perfect! Everything so close!

Liked the location and the cleanliness. Everything looked new and the decor was nice. The pool was never crowded.

The rooms weren’t ready on time and the bartender decided to stop making drinks a couple hours before the bar was closed because it was a slow night. She refused to make us drinks that night. Unprofessional.

Service and food in restaurant was very good The smell as we walked into the hotel was amazingly pleasant I want to know what it was that smelled so exceptional!!

we spent our honeymoon there but they didn’t offer valet parking. It would have been nice to impress my bride.

The feel of the property was great. It was clean and modern. Staff was great and the food and drink selection at the bar was great.
