This is a beautiful property in an ideal location, close to stores, restaurants and the freeway. The property is clean and well maintained. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

The property has a nice pool, but it appears largely ignored by the Hilton. Both the hot tub and pool are buggy and not very clean and the pool is freezing. Even though the area had record high temperatures, the pool was empty. Also, the hotel had long-term guests with extremely loud vehicles that the hotel brought to the front of the building before 6 am every day. When we complained, we were told they were paying for valet services. Other guests weren't considered.

Love the location of this hotel. All the shops and restaurants were walking distance. the only complaint i have is the cleanliness of the restroom. The sink had hair around the area as though someone shaved. The shower wall and floor did not seem clean. Felt dirty. I had to clean the toilet with wipes i brought. I would totally go back though. Valet guy was great.

Restroom was kinda dirty. Felt dirty. The restaurant food was not great at all. The only reason we ate there was because it rained so we could not walk to the other places.

The hotel was very nice. Was even more than we expected. The most beautiful lobby as we arrived and checked in. The staff was exceptional. The beds were so comfortable. The room was beautiful and very clean. Housekeeping came in and freshened up everyday. Beds made, towels replaced, necessities resupplied. The people who worked housekeeping were very nice as well. Wonderful people. The hotel was situated beautifully with a beautiful pool and beautiful landscaping. It was convenient to EVERYTHING! The rates were very fair and we loved that restaurants were so close, we walked , and a Starbucks was located inside the hotel. Phenomenal place!!

Bang in the center of the Southlake town square -- doesn't get any better. The staff is super friendly. Special shoutout to Austin at the front desk who was extremely helpful with catering to my room preferences.

They should not charge for parking as it is available in abundance.

It was very clean and comfortable. I did have a couple of issues with the shower, but maintenance fixed them promptly. Also, the restaurant and coffee shop were very convenient and offered competitive prices. During breakfast time, the buffet included a made to order omelette!

it was good but pretty pricey 26.00 for an omelette. My Server was VERY Sweet & had a Big Smile. I THINK her name was Gabriella... not sure. Debbie at check in was VERY Helpful upon check in & our request.

Didn't like the fact that there was not a microwave in the room. We had left overs from Dining out several times & couldn't heat anything up.

Could NOT order food to room. Hashtag wouldn’t work, no way to call the restaurant, no operator to call…so we went without dinner. Really stupid to think we old people are technology geniuses. It’s a shame for such a nice hotel to be so stupid.

Very nice hotel! I had a lovely view of the Southlake Square Christmas lights for my New Year’s Eve. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Room service was quick and delicious. They also have a Starbucks in the market. Would definitely stay there again.

The breakfast buffet was lovely with a range of foods to suit all tastes. There was a Starbucks on site which is great if you are in a rush. The hotel is close to some shops which was nice as we had stayed in a resort previously which was a bit isolated.

All good from my perspective. The fridge in the room was a bit noisy - but easily remedied by taking the plug out of the socket.

Location, beautiful cityscape. Clean room, spacious inside. The heated pool and hot tub were a nice addition.

Too close to other businesses. Felt cramped. Was expecting breakfast to be included, turned out it was $30 per person. Not many Christmas decorations.
