The breakfast was good, The rooms were quiet and comfortable. Very pet friendly with lots of grassy areas to walk our dog.

The hotel shuttle from the airport was a disaster. We were told it circulated every 30 minutes but when it hadn't come by after 35 minutes, I tried calling the hotel and was put on hold for 25 minutes! What was the staff doing?? It was later in the evening (after 10:00 pm) but that shouldn't be an excuse. I was finally able to get through to a person and told them where we were and finally a shuttle came along, but we didn't get to the hotel until over an hour from when we arrived.

The Atrium was beautiful as were the restaurant and bar. It was perfect having those amenities right on the property. Our suite was spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The shuttle driver David was professional and a pleasure to ride to the airport with. He was friendly and funny and made our day more enjoyable.

We would have liked the breakfast service to end later than 9:00.

The breakfast is worthy, the staffs are very helpful and attentive. Though there's a sudden change in room assignment, we were satisfied /elated having the changes. We did not use the pool service.

Though we know what are inclusive to what we avail. I believe it will be more appealing if the person/s on the desk will show /walk through or discuss to us about how, what, where and when to get the services or use the inclusive.

The room was nice. The facilities was very nice. Jerry the shuttle bus driver was exceptional. The location was good.

I didn't like the breakfast. I also was not happy with the price I had to pay for my stay. Even though it was not a big difference it was not what I was told I would pay.

My husband had a stroke. We needed the accessibility room to have grab bars near the toilet area and inside the tub area. We were able to navigate, but the grab bars would have been extremely helpful.

we spent most of our time in the social area on the first floor. it’s elegant, fun and has a great vibe. I loved my room - very comfortable and clean. I appreciate the way they approached the soap, lotion, shampoo and conditioner by proving large containers rather than throw away so there is less garbage in the world!

the pool smells bad. the water doesn’t look right. it needs maintenance and regular treatment. it’s my third time here and twice the pool has been gross and smelly.

Embassy Suites are always great properties! Enjoy the separated bedroom & living room.

When I, checked in there was a baggage cart in the lobby that I, used. I, wanted a cart when I, was checking out & approached the front desk & had the key to my room. I, was told they needed my Drivers License & would hold it until I, brought the cart back to the desk! Very Inconvenient for me to go back to my room to get my DL….. seems to be a very ridiculous requirement & especially for a Hotel that has no valet service!

I and my kids loved staying here. It was an amazing 2 days, and i wished if we would stayed much more. Clean big suites, delicious breakfast menu, great costumer services and kind staff. I liked that it was near the airport too in a quite area.

The fee for parking. I understand people probably could try to park their cars while flying out but if you’re are guest it should be included with your stay. A huge parking lot to park in is not worth $20.
