The person who checked us in. The hotel. Buffet was good.

On our 2nd night the gentleman working the front desk when we had to check back in. He was very rude and treated us very poorly. It appeared I was frustrating his because I was unaware of the process. He decided that he would correct me saying he was there when I checked in and what she told me that I had forgotten. He should have remember she put notes in. We flew in on Friday night from Tampa that had a major hurricane. If I forgot something for whatever reason it's his job to politely remind me and not be a jerk. Our room also smelled like mildew. The paint was peeling under the window. So that's why I said the price was not worth it. We only slept in the room and after evacuating for the hurricane we were just too tired to complain.

Very nice staff-Especially Johnee! She was extremely helpful with all my questions-changed my room when I didn’t have internet and even took my dinner order and called back to make sure I got it because the app was not working! She was GREAT!!

The property was dated but very clean-the one thing I had a problem with was it’s very difficult to roll the suitcases on the hallway carpets

Clean room. Great powerful shower.

No bottled water in the room. Marriott could have provided at least something for Bonvoy members. I wasn't even recognized as a Bonvoy member at the reception. The receptionist refused to even take my number.

Didn't use

I didn't know about the parking fee, as I arrived very late. It was dark so I didn't see the sign in the parking lot explaining how parking works. I wish the registration clerk told me about parking, but it isn't a big deal.

Hotel is well maintained. I was checked in warmly. Room size is decent. Cafe, bar, mini market down in the lobby. Free shuttle from/to airport. Be reminded to check with reception for early morning shuttle schedule. Ideal place for quick overnight stay for those traveling thorugh DFW.

it was beautiful

I liked most of it, but there was no one in the entrance to help guests with their luggage, many people was carrying just their carry on but I arrived with 3 cases of luggage by myself and couldn’t even move them, I had to ask for someone to do it for me and it was actually someone working in front desk was nobody working exclusively in the entrance with the guests, same thing in the morning when I needed to get them from my room to the lobby floor.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Connecting rooms were a plus since traveling with kids. Tasty food at the hotel restaurant.

Unfortunately it took an hour and 3phone calls for the shuttle to finally pick us up. Other hotel shuttles passed us 2-3times while waiting.

Good location for airport. Beautiful public areas and outdoor pool. Little shop in lobby. Great hot buffet breakfast and lovely staff. Nice spacious room with balcony.

Couldn't find the shuttle at DFW. Check in took a long time.

They had a prompt shuttle bus

The shower in the room was clogged and not draining for during my stay. Someone came up did some work and said it was fixed but it wasnt.

I like the location and the room was nice and comfortable

I thought it was very expensive for what u got. There were no perks. And staff was pretty good
