I booked this property at the eleventh hour due to a flight delay that prompted me to stay overnight. It was right under $70 with free shuttle service running 24 hours. Once I arrived to dfw and made my way to the shuttle service area at about 1:28am, I called the front desk, requested the shuttle and within 20 mins it arrived. The shuttle was run down and serviced a number of hotels, but it was prompt and smooth. Once I arrived at hotel I was greeted by Ryan, he was friendly and accommodating. I don’t know if I specified when I booked, but i intended to book a smoke free room. He assisted me with that modification. He gave me my room key and pointed me in the direction of my room. The elevators did not work and I did see a few trash bags alongside the semi run down property, abut my room was clean, the bed was comfortable- clean sheets and towels. Hot running water and I couldn’t ask for more for that last min booking and price. Took the shuttle again at 4:50am back to dfw airport. Ryan again greeted me with a smile when checking out of my 3/4 hour stay.

All was good, I avail free shuttle service from airport to hotel, but upon arrival I came to know that my booking has been cancelled. don't know why? who cancelled it, not I could find any direct contact to booking.com at the spot, I booked again the same reservation which was charged by me at higher rates, Overall my experience with booking.com was bad because even from the application I did not received any cancellation message regarding to it, Not was informed with that issue, having only cash that was not acceptable at the reception put me in danger situation, I had not any other option, and standing 45 minutes at the recption at the mercy of the receptionist to accept the cash and make another new booking, find helpful he mercy upon me and made another new one orders for me at 69$ .

Acceptance of cash payment option, if there is issue in card at the time of arrival, or any issue and make sure to inform the guests or merchents about cancellation or card issues if it does not working in the advance.

The staff were super helpful. Booking.com had cancelled my room but the app was saying it was still in place. They were helpful in getting sorted. The bed was so comfortable!!!

It was further away from the airport than I thought and I didn't know I had to call for the shuttle therefore paid for a taxi. This i should have read in the instructions. (It would have cost me more to call with phone charges than the taxi anyway)

The staff was friendly and professional. The room was exceptionally clean and well taken care of as far as amenities were concerned. My airport shuttle was called for me at 3:30 a.m. prior to myself getting to the lobby as promised. The overnight counter person was super friendly and helpful.

The only complaint, and I wouldn't really go as far as saying it was a complaint was that the bed was way too soft for me.....but it's probably just my preference for a firm bed.

Had a slight problem with checking in we were informed that the manager had cancelled the booking while we were flying so didn’t receive the notification. We had to book another room once we arrived at hotel around 6pm. Trying to sort out the refund with booking.com and hotel

Airport stopover stay, conveniently a short taxi ride from the airport. Free shuttle back to the airport next day. The room was comfortable, spotless and a Denny's (with super friendly and welcoming staff) is 50 metres away for a basic evening meal. The Inn's staff are helpful and professional, and it is well run, well maintained, well lit at night and secure.

Complimentary shuttle to and from the airport was awesome. Staff was super nice and friendly.

The room had a window style AC, which was super loud, so I had to choose between sleeping in a hot room (Texas in the middle of the summer) or unbearable noise. Cleanliness could be improved. And the bed was super soft, but from what I gather, that’s normal in hotels. Just means I don’t sleep well.

Close to the airport and a good price

There was no plug/ stopper for the bath, went to reception and they were going to arrange one... Never showed up, so I improvised a plug. There were also no towels in the room, there were hand towels, washers, and a bath mat but no proper towels

Really helpful staff. Denny’s right next door and 7-eleven within 2 minutes walking distance. Was an excellent low cost place to stay. Room was comfortable and we felt safe. We were very grateful that they sent a shuttle for us at 1am to get us from the airport.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

We were upgraded to a larger room. The air conditioning was on so the room as cool upon arrival. It had a fridge and microwave which was great. We could by wine and beer at the gas station just next door.

The f or was a bit sticky but I think it was because of the humidity.
