Room was spacious and clean, very nice wonderful set up with curtain separating the beds from couch, kitchenette was great. Plenty of towels. Breakfast was very good large assortment of food, fresh and tasty. Coffee pots were lukewarm. Pool wonderful, gym and and laundry was a plus. All well done,

I was at airport on sunday night and your site said no shuttle on weekends and took at cab only 7 miles which cost me $42 to only learn there was shuttle service - wasn't happy about that. Was able to use shuttle next day to go to airport.

Clean, no street noise, comfortable bed, spacious room, good WIFI connection, nice kitchenette with full size refrigerator and microwave. airport shuttle runs from 4.ooAM TO midnight, good WIFI. It was overall a hassle-free trip. Great value for money. Will stay there again.

Clan quite efficient . Good breakfast selection. Airport shuttle . Although no restaurant there was a small bistro next door that was perfect.

Not having a restaurant could be a problem. Fortunately the hotel next door added one that was a lifesaver

We arrived early and were made very comfortable until our room was ready.

Communication at night trying to arrange a shuttle ride. Staff was not aware that DART train let's people of right at Terminal A 3. It would have been helpful as the timing was close.

I was not expecting that the hotel is undergoing renovation

The outside still dirty, full of construction materials. The makeshift lobby was still mixed with construction materials . Otherwise the staff was great.

The staff was so courteous, and prompt. Room was SPOTLESS. Entry area and all areas were SPOTLESS. I own a residential cleaning business, so I am super dialed in to filth. Impecable. COULDNT ASK FOR A MORE COMFORTABLE BED. FELT LIKE I WAS SLEEPING ON A CLOUD.

They picked us up from the airport and were super nice and handled our luggage with care. The breakfast was really good with good options however, I would have liked more fruit options.

It’s modern and clean! The front desk receptionist was accommodating and very polite.

Breakfast was not that great. The egg omelet was dry and tasted like it was in the warmer for an entire day. Bread was stale.

the PERFECT location to DFW airport! 5 minutes from North Remote Parking.

Had to change rooms, on arrival, due to an electrical issue, in the first room. Staff was quick to move us to a different room
