The room was very clean, comfortable, and spacious — exactly what I was hoping for after a long day of travel. The hot breakfast in the morning was a real highlight, offering a good variety of options like eggs, sausage, waffles, and fresh fruit. Everything tasted fresh and was well-stocked. I also enjoyed the swimming pool, which was clean, warm, and perfect for relaxing. The staff was friendly and attentive throughout my stay. Overall, Comfort Suites delivered a great value with a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again!

I had a wonderful experience. Everything was very comfortable, from the clean and cozy room to the relaxing atmosphere. What really stood out was the excellent service — the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and even called to check in and make sure everything was going well with my stay. I like that it was close to the airport and had a free shuttle. Staff was great. It has a pool and standard free breakfast with a refrigerator in the room. I love that it has Shampoo and conditioner in the shower in bottles on the wall.

I wish the had the international delight creamer like the Quality inn. The pool needs some tiles fixed but still awesome little oasis to sit by and jump in on a hot day. The pool was clean

Close to the airport, staff was super friendly. DFW had canceled a lot of flights so we were stranded. They picked us up and took us to the hotel. I booked another flight only to realize it was leaving Dallas Love Field airport. The gentleman downstairs called us a Taxi for all 5 of us and they took us downtown to the other airport which is about 20 minutes away. I could never say enough great things about this place

The hotel’s transportation service was a huge disappointment. The airport pickup van was raggedy and dirty, which did not create a good first impression. On top of that, I had to call the hotel multiple times just to get picked up from the airport. For a hotel that should make guests feel welcomed and cared for, this was frustrating and unprofessional. Definitely not the standard I expected.

The hotel smelled super fresh and clean as soon as I walked in, which set a great tone for the stay. The vibe was cozy and chill, and the decor was really nice. The staff were awesome—super friendly and always ready to help. Breakfast was tasty with lots of options, and the pool area was clean and perfect for relaxing. Overall, everything just felt easy and comfortable. Would definitely come back!

Staff was very professional and efficient. They got me into the room prior to check in time as I was exhausted from being at the airport due to the massive tech software meltdown that left thousands stranded and standing online for trying to re-book flights and such. I was one of those such persons. My room was well cooled, very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I loved my mini suite! It was just what I needed after the day that I had.

There was absolutely nothing there that I didn't like. Everything met my expectations.

I didn’t expect the size of the hotel room! was a very good size! the door closing going into the two beds i liked that, felt like we were able to get a good peaceful, quiet uninterrupted stay! I would definitely book here again! the shuttle was awesome! everyone was great! good choice snacks and water in the lobby. and the breakfast was really good too! overall very nice stay! the area was nice too! some parts, questionable but overall felt very safe! very clean. super close to the airport! the beds were also very comfortable, pillows as well. had enough towels, hand towels! I really enjoyed my stay here!

the hot tub wasn’t working during my stay which isn’t any thing crazy but I looked forward to it! and on the last day the waffles didn’t cook all the way to the time it said to cook them for. was a little doughy on the inside! but they were very good the whole stay really and had other options for us to choose from to eat!! Hour walk from the bus line, 10 min car ride to bus line.

Conveniently located to the DFW Airport. It's about a 10-min drive away. The free breakfast was a nice bonus

The airport shuttle bus took almost 45-min to arrive. It was around 11:30 PM. The airport was rather quiet. Thus, we didn't think we'd have to wait so long. But the shuttle services several hotels in the same location. So, ithe shuttle gets full (seats about 11 people) very quickly. If we knew the shuttle would take so long, we would've just took a taxi or Uber (about $24).
