Shampoo and conditioner in bathtub

Having to pay another deposit because I extended 1 more day thru booking with the same reservation number! And staff wouldn't look at it on my phone, didn't care, just wanted another $25.00 deposit regardless, if it was a different reservation number I might understand it but it wasn't and I was told it doesn't matter, if you book an extra day we have to charge you an extra deposit so be mindful people who use booking.com about extending an extra day!

The staff is very accommodating and it was quiet.

The washer and dryers were Miss Mark that said $3 to wash $3 to dry turned out to be $8 to wash and $6 to dry I was not happy about that and I got charged for a night after I canceled a reservation after I made the reservation for 5 minutes and then I canceled it cuz I changed my mind it's still charged me although it was only 5 minutes had lapsed before I cancel the reservation that did not make me happy either so they charged me for another night another $70 but she wasn't even my rate at the time

A/C was awesome! Everything clean, comfortable, quiet, simple, midnight check-in was easy, so close to DFW, elevator worked, TV worked, water was hot, SPOTLESS everywhere, OMG... FREE (w/ tips) airport SHUTTLE!

Check-out staff lady was inhospitable and rude to me and short and bossy to her staff. Took the tub 30 minutes to drain, but man was it clean and pristine. Didn't quite like walking to my room in the dark at the far end so late and alone, perhaps front desk could escort?

Having to pay another deposit on the same reservation number for just extending 1 extra night. The front desk gal wouldn't even look at my phone to see nothing had changed except the pin number. Now I have two $25.00 deposits pending still as of today in my bank account, which wasn't necessary and today's the 19th!

Peace & quiet. Room was clean & shampoo, conditioner & body wash containers had plenty in them if you didn't bring you own accessories.bed was comfortable. No comforters on beds, just sheets and a flimsy blanket, bring your own fleece throw with ya. Staff are foreigners but we're pleasantly.nice.

The shower head seemed to be clogged up, very weak stream!

The location was great. The smell or spray they used in the room was fantastic & clean smelling.

It was not much of a breakfast. The room was very small and did not have any area to put your clothes.

I was not given breakfast they said because it was too early yet my payment was for Ned and breakfast . Its better to put a Tea flask amd a snack for those leaving early in the morning

I liked the breakfast for sure. Simple but enough. I was in town for a convention and this was the closest I was able to get and it was a few minutes away. Everything was great

Heard kids screaming at night which was a bit distracting tho I know it is something the staff has no control over

Very Quiet and peaceful

That I had the room in my name and my fiancee wanted to pay for one more night off her card and could not. And that it take so long to get the deposit back.

Conveniences such as shuttle service. This is my second time staying at this particular hotel.

Very small TV no information in the room about surroundings and there was some sort of stain that looked like blood on the bright yellow frame.
