I like how caring and accommodating the property was all of the staff was awesome but one of the staff members that stood out the most to me was Xavier S he was exceptional. He was great. I love everything about him. I love how he assisted us. he showed us exactly where the laundry room was where the trash rooms was and how everything basically works at this property and he is the reason that we continue to book here

How the side door would always jam and not open up , even if you have your room key

I absolutely enjoyed my stay. It was comfortable, clean, no bugs, good area, no traffic, private, efficiency and it has a small exercise room which I really enjoyed.

The vents in the bathroom were broken open for whatever reason.

You can not say you serve breakfast and the only thing available is coffee and if you woke up very early you may/maynot catch a muffin

It was clean and comfortable and roomy and so nice. I want to go back again so bad. I loved it so much. I'm hoping to go back again very soon.

Checked in at 1am and checked out at 5am. Didn't use any hotels amenities

Since we checked in so late, we had to wait 10-15 minutes for someone to let us in. It was stressful.

I loved the hotel. It could have been cleaner, but they are under renovation.

Good amenities, comfortable bed, and free coffee and grab-and-go breakfast! The staff were very friendly as well. I only stayed for one night, but it would be the perfect place to stay for multiple nights.
