Unexpected stay after flight canceled and had to stay overnight. Staff went above and beyond. Shuttle driver called twice and waited and guided me to the shuttle. Good room. Kind staff. Food at restaurant was ok..would have liked a bigger menu with more choices but waiter was funny and nice. The next morning I had to make a run to the airport unexpectedly earlier than I had planned (a new flight opened up) and they held the shuttle so I could get there on time. Really kind staff.

I felt my mattress was just ok…prob needs replacing. otherwise room was clean and neat and nice.

I loved having Starbucks in the room! Love the bed and pillows! Loved the rooftop setting.

The door to the cabinet where the refrigerator was, was falling off the hinges - housekeeping should have caught that. Couldn't stand the fragrance of the shampoo and body wash. I'm allergic and sensitive to fragrances. I couldn't use it, but when my spouse did, we had to find a way to difuse the fragrance.

The room was absolutely beautiful. The bed was amazing and I got a great night’s sleep. Tons of pillows to cuddle up with. Great view of the airport. The shower was great and loved the shower gel and lotions. The room felt very homey and welcoming and very comfortable and clean. I was able to change the temperature to my liking without any issues. I would definitely recommend this location and stay here again.

After an exhausting and frustrating day of cancelled flights, Rory at the Westin went above and beyond to create a restful and exceptional stay at this hotel. He didn't have to but he did! It was a pleasure to encounter a good human at check-in. He paved the way for a fantastic experience at the Westin. Thank you, Rory! :)

I LOVED the service I received at the Bar! I ordered dinner & dessert off the menu and everything was mouthwatering! I would highly recommend to anyone! The bartender and servers were very attentive and fun!

The views ... but not much you can do about that. There was a mild odor when turning down(12th floor) the hall off of the elevators. Kinda smelled like spoiled milk ... maybe it was the carpeting.

The service was exceptional, the staff was so pleasant and helpful when asked questions. I would definitely stay here again when traveling back to Dallas. Oh! wait I can't forget the food it was so delicious, and they gave so much, when they say they do it big in Texas they definitely do that.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. My family and I loved everything

Once we arrived at the hotel, almost everything was fine.

The hotel staff gave us a bogus excuse about the shuttle van being late and then unavailable. I had to spend $40 on a ten- minute Lyft ride. The shuttle van would service terminal C, but not terminal A.

The cleanliness, smell, and the beds.

I initially I asked for a late check out and I was declined. I overheard another guest saying they had a late check out and were approved. I called the front desk and explained that and my findings, they approved my late check out. I’m from the area, but I now live in another state. I was meeting my family one last time before heading out. It was later in the day 3:30. Check out was 12. So I had nowhere else to go because everyone was at church. So that’s why I needed a later check out.

I loved how close it was to everything. The hotel was very clean and room was clean as well

It was a bit older of an hotel. We also had the faucet in our room not work properly as it was dripping when we walked in. We couldn’t turn it all the way off so heard the water dripping all night.

Everything was perfect! Courtney, the front desk agent, made sure my anniversary night was perfect! The upgrade to suite was a pleasant addition. The facility was clean and beautiful. My room was amazing even with the airport views. And OMG, the shower was everything! I will definitely be back!
