Close to the airport, comfortable bed. Spacious room

You have to call the property on arrival to arrange pick up. I don’t have an american number so it would have been great to only having to provide the flight number and arrival time, as this incurred additional costs. The first time the lady on the reception hung up, then finally I was able to provide my information. I was calling from my german number and she asked if I had an american number. I couldn’t have been the first international traveler. The lady at the reception was a bit cold, but at least she finished with a smile. The room is very dark. I would have appreciated a big light source

Very difficult to contact the hotel with an Australian mobile phone re Hotel shuttle pick up point. Very difficult to locate the hotel shuttle bus pick up point at DFW, in the first instance. The hotel needs to provide better directions/instructions for shuttle bus pick up points Waited one hour for eventual transfer to the hotel. Would definitely return if in the Dallas area again.

I forgot my cup at the front desk when I checked in, and the manager called me and delivered it to my room. A fountain drink may seem minor to some, but it wasn't to me.

The tub didn't drain well, and the water from the faucet wasn't hot. I followed the sign to vending and found only a microwave. Where's the ice machine?

This hotel made a bad situation so much better. We flew into DFW and our flight was cancelled due to weather. We were tired and hungry from traveling. The Sheraton made things much better with great food at the Whiskey Tango lounge and the room was clean and comfortable.

Very disappointed in the lack of items in lobby store for customers needs, such food items for late check in's, snacks & toiletries. Club room should have some fruit or some type of snack available at 9pm

Excellent staff and friendly. This was the best part of my hectic day. After being delayed for over 9 hrs in the airport in NM and barely getting to Dallas. The shuttle service was wonderful too. My bed was like heaven! I would highly recommend this hotel!

Would not take the booking.com confirmation number and pin. Ask me to cancel the reservation so she could stay there. Said I couldn't cancel the room without paying $400.00 plus a penalty. So I had to book the room the hotel and manager documented and hopefully, you did not charge me. If so please refund the fee, for failure to reserve the room. Can send you the receipt where I paid for the room.

Friendly and efficient staff makes a huge difference in any hotel stay. My wife and I thought Rialuca at the front desk and Izzy at the bar/restaurant were personable, knowledgeable, and service oriented! Thanks to you both!!

Easy to find the shuttle at the airport and early availability to return the next morning. Nice and clean hotel, very polite staff, will definitely return soon. Thank you!

Service at the bar was unfortunately a very long wait which took more than 25 minutes before being able to talk with the waiter and took another 30 minutes to be able to order some food at the Whiskey Taco Bar. An unexpectedly complementary drink from the overloaded server reloaded my satisfaction for the best. Thank you!
