Reasonable value in a great location for the airport. We enjoyed having a spacious room, access to the fitness room and outdoor pool area. Breakfast was very good for this price point. The staff were friendly.

We enjoyed our stay here but there were a few minor inconveniences. While friendly, the staff weren't always easy to communicate with or overly motivated. It was a very long walk from the entrance and elevators to our room. We found that the cleaning products used in our room and in the reception area were very overpowering, though, ironically, the carpet in our room could have been cleaner. The windows in our room couldn't be opened. A major spill on the dining room floor was not cleaned up for at least an hour. Staff would occasionally throw an extra towel on the floor but there was sticky stuff everywhere being walked around by the guests, as it was unavoidable if you wanted to get breakfast.

In a time of desperation and frustration, your front desk associate was super helpful. I didn’t even have to say anything about my frustration when it was a matter of it being after midnight when I booked my room. Multiple flights were cancelled and I was turned away by a rude front desk at a hotel down the street. By the time I booked, it was after midnight and wanted me to check in at 3pm. I needed the room for the night and was frustrated that the calender on my app would not give me rooms for 11/4.

Staff was very helpful and professional. They made us breakfast bags for an early start, and helped us rebook a room, an upgraded one. They arranged a shuttle a few short minutes before closing time at 23h30, very helpful.

We used bookings.com and we did not have a good experience with the platform. The credit card was declined, then based on that our reservation was cancelled a few hours before we got there. This happened while we were on the plane, unaware of it. We showed up to reception without a valid reservation. Fortunately, staff hooked us up with the last available room. The credit card worked just fine. This is the 3rd time we have this exact type of problem using bookings.com, and we'll stop using this crappy platform. Thanks for the great work and saving the day!

The room was very clean and roomy, the breakfast was nice and the staff was helpful.

If there are any complaints I have, it would be pertaining to the location and noises outside. Primarily the closeness to the airport. So you can hear quite a bit of planes when they fly above the hotel. This isn’t really heard when you are in the room especially on the second floor where we stayed. Not a major deal, considering many people go to this hotel in the means of traveling elsewhere.

Airport transfers was the reason for booking. Then we appreciated the option to buy reasonably priced food which helped considerable with our late check in. Room was very clean, and a good size.

Only very small thing was needing to call on arrival to organise Airport transfer. As an international traveller without the ability to make calls, a WhattsApp contact back up would have helped immensely. We found out there are no pay phones DFW airport.

Wonderful breakfast! Bacon, eggs, sausages and lots of pastries. Slept so well here and finished 2 books during my 3 day stay! Modern decor and clean. The hotel is in good shape and people here respect privacy and that's a bonus when you are reading. My room was large and comfy and modern, with large windows overlooking greenery and clean streets with no overhead wires. The room also had a fresh vibe and high ceilings that made it ideal for reading! The bathroom has a fresh feel to it and I liked the feel of it.

Not having room service was no fun, but they have a good selection of restaurants that are willing to deliver. They don't always know to make the bed which was kinda of strange.

Friendly front desk woman, very big room and it was super cool on a hot day! The room was very clean and plenty of towels. Super comfortable! Plenty of parking and easy access to the entrance and elevator.

It was all great just a little worn in the back entrance but that wasn’t an issue really. I did appreciate that it was very easy to park and enter from parking and get to the elevator.

Very close to DFW Airport with free parking, very spacious rooms with quiet A/C and heating, coffee maker, etc. Good breakfast with many choices. Friendly staff.

The Wifi access is a total disgrace. We have been traveling for many weeks across the US and never had any issues to get online upon arrival. At this Holiday Inn Express we got our phones online after endless efforts, but never got my laptop connected. As overseas tourists with crappy roaming data-SIMs from Asia, it is essential to get stable internet during the stay. Very frustrating experience!

The rooms were enormous, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast options were awesome. It was close to the airport with shuttle services.

The bathroom in the room were pretty small but functional. It looks old in the inside when you walk inside of the hotel. The shower was not cleaned everyday but the room was. The rooms were over priced due to a cheerleading event.

Breakfast was Quite Good! Everything was fresh and available. Best part was my wife liked it! We chose this location because of airport dropoff and pick up. The parking was convenient and the service to the airport was great. The pickup at midnight was by a contractor and delivered to several other hotels. Overcrowding in the van. The hotel location was interesting. Right on short final for the east runway. The soundproofing for the room was amazing! Very loud outside, but quite tolerable in the room.

Check-in. THe desk clerk was confused and gave us an occupied room, initially.
