The breakfast was good and coffee was always available.

Excellent location if one has a connecting flight next day!

I’ve been staying in this hotel every now and then and I have realized that each time breakfast was getting worse! Example, they used to have wafles, srambled eggs & milk! Toast bread and bagles but now they have it just on the week ends! Also, the last shuttle out of airport is at 11:40 pm. Many times late flights are delayed so you are almost stranded. Taxi & Uber may rare very late at night! so, although close to the airport one needs an hour maybe two to reach hotel… no much rest if you have early flight to catch! In addition, if your next flight is southwest get a taxi. There is no shuttle! Make sure you know this! Hotel Shuttle only goes to DWF International!

When it comes to coviience re closeness to the airport I say it is superior, unfortunately since I stayed here many many times each time they would cut down on breakfast yesterday no more fried egs no milk?! Instead of getting better they decided to get worse in this aspect… too bad otherwise all is absolutely perfect for this type of accomodation quick one night stay in trasition between flights!

Really the only aspect that made me a bit unsomfortable is staff… example shuttle driver he is not rude but just about would not help with suitcases in and out just leave you struggle with it on your own… example when i emptied the cart he ordered me: put the cart back inside hotel!!!! WOW! Shuttle driver scolding guests… never sieennthis ever in american hotels… this needs quick reaction from the management… he has no appreciation for his job…

Hotel is ok but soon it will have to go through renovation! They requested $100 for security deposit during the check out process the agent did nit mention yhat I had impression he wanted me to forget to pick up my deposit and when I mentionec it to him he appeared unhappy?! It could be just my impression but is it not a standard procedure that during the check out process agent goes through details such as returning deposit! It could be that if the cash is at question agents “conviniently forget to remind the guest about their deposit”. People are absent minded during upcoming travels and agents should be kind and remind us about this!

Staff is good trustworthy, room was clean. Airport shuttle driver was super cool, he was patient, efficient. He came out of his driver seat to assist guest. He also went back to the pick-up location when he did not find the guest in the designated pick-up location during his last round. He did not argue and embaress the guest, instead simply picked her up. I forgot my sunglasses in Uber, and when the driver returned it to front desk, they gave it to me when I came back after 7 days. Thank you people. They also gave us an early check-in and adjusted out check-out time accordingly without any additional charges. That was wow.

Well the front desk was very very commendable they really took care of me too there's only one restaurant which was Denny's across the street the breakfast was not what I thought you had to make everything your own it should have someone else do it like make the waffles the sausage gravy was so watery I'm surprised anybody ate it if they did

Well I really didn't like the breakfast bar it wasn't I had to go cross the street and eat so I spending more money across the street then that at the place the vending machine wouldn't work cuz it said it take credit cards and it didn't and I didn't carry cash on me

I liked it very much. It's not a 5 star hotel. I was going to a conference at a hotel next door and it was about 1/3 the cost of the other hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It had a basic Continental breakfast, comfortable bed and quiet. Would stay there again.

For the value I can't think of anything that would be better.

Excellent Value Excellent Shuttle service, especially being able to have very early shuttle service ie. 3:30am (better than other hotels in area) Room equipped with extras like refrigerator and microwave.

Breakfast had no fruit - apparently apples were coming in later in the day, after breakfast. lady working the night shift at the front desk shared her 'bad day' that had something to do with locating an apartment to live. I was exhausted and would of preferred to go directly to my room but out of courtesy listened for a minute or two. But she should probably avoid burdening guests with personal stories like this....

Very professional staff front office staff..was assigned a room very expediently..there was not a delay n wait time to be attended to and assigned a room..as for the room ..Very nice n spacious .. comfortable bed..felt very safe..great experience even though it was just overnight.

Just that there was some noise in the hall soon after I checked in and maybe throughout the evening ...maybe staff working halls???

The staff was awesome. Overall the stay was what I expected. The room was quiet and comfortable and clean so I was able to rest well enough despite the huge storm that rolled through at 3 AM.

The hotel is just old. It smells like an old hotel, it looks like an old hotel. It shows an understandable amount of wear and tear for its age and the price paid for what I got was a little high… but it was acceptable given the circumstances in Dallas at the time. The solar eclipse had just happened and availability was scarce.
