The receptionist who checked us in, Danielle, was so incredibly kind and welcoming. After a long and stressful day of flight delays, and eventually a cancellation of our flight home, we booked a hotel here at Fairfield. Danielle greeted us with her sweet hospitality and got us settled in with water and a goodie bag of snacks. The hotel was beautiful, incredibly clean, quiet, and comfortable, and we loved that even at midnight, we got a Thai meal from the food truck parked in the parking lot. We expected to go to bed without a true meal so that was an extra perk of choosing Fairfield. Breakfast in the morning was delicious, lots of tasty options, and the free transport to the airport was an added bonus. It helped us save money and our driver was super friendly! I highly recommend Fairfield Inn & Suites! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, even though it was unplanned due to flight issues.

Not a single thing!

It was really close to where we needed to be. We actually ended up staying two different nights. The first room was on the third floor and was bigger and nicer. The second night was a room on the first floor, a little smaller and less money. The breakfast is pretty good . They have a little store just off the lobby, We arrived late and my husband was hungry. He bought a little frozen pizza which I microwaved for him. I found an extra plastic bag in my suitcase to serve it on. I don’t know if paper plates were offered at the little store.Maybe I will start putting a couple in my suitcase

Quick shuttle run to DFW. Very convenient.

The property was clean, great amenities and breakfast was good. The staff were the highlight of our stay, from shuttle service to front desk and housekeeping everyone was welcoming and friendly. It’s the kinda service I would return to when I’m in the area

Location was great cuz it’s close to the airport, we didn’t have a car so not very much around to walk to but Uber was great

The room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable. The whole hotel was new, clean, and well cared for. The staff were fantastic! Taking the shuttle from and back to the airport was very easy, and the breakfast was among the best I've had at any hotel. Very reasonably priced and super comfortable.

It's a little bit of a drive from the airport, but the shuttle is very easy to use, so it's no biggie.

Very friendly staff, very clean, shuttle service, water bottle as needed, gym, swimming pool, breakfast.

Bed could be more comfortable. No restaurants around. Need to drive or take an Uber. However, with less than 10 minutes driving I could access many restaurants with excellent food.

The front desk staff was friendly and was able to get me into my room before the scheduled check-in time.

The shuttle driver on my way back to the airport from the hotel was not friendly at all. The only thing that he said was, "You're welcome" when I said, "Thank you" at the airport. He didn't even attempt to get out and open the door or ask to carry my bag or anything.

Everything else was great, staff were lovely and helpful. The place was clean and fresh feeling. Really nice facilities. Lovely made bed and super comfy.

Unfortunatly there seemed to be a miscommunication about the shuttle service? We waited almost 2 hours to be picked up and the driver never came as far as we were aware. They did say they sent the driver out but we never saw them. The first time we were in the wrong place but never saw anyone go past (they would have to drive past us to get to the meeting point, we watched every vehicle) , the next time we were at the right place after calling the hotel and double checked it all. Staff were lovely, but really stressful for us coming into the country after a very long 3 flight. We wasted 2 hours in the dark waiting to be picked up :( Can't fault anything else but a very stressful time we didn't need. I would plan in advance on a map where the pick up is.

Updated Fairfield location. Able to park and ride (left our car at the hotel while we travelled to Italy). The hotel has shuttle service to DFW, another plus.

Not the property’s fault but hard to find dinner in the area without going into another hotel to eat.

The breakfast buffet was exceptional, with lots of options. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, the room was spacious, and the shower was nice and large. Love the blackout shades/curtains. The shuttle service was prompt.
