Location was great by a lot of restaurants and shopping areas

No remote to the tv, spider web on side of bed, couldn’t fine the dishes because they were still in the dishwasher from the person before me. When checking in the front desk person looked at me and continued her conversation with another employee that was leaving for the night 4mins before she decided to help me Check in only BECAUSE I said do I need to come back.. 11pm

Front desk agent was so nice and polite. The room was amazing!! It was far better than i expected. It was so clean, they had amazing amenities, updated appliances and fixtures and the bed was so comfy with an amazing fluffy comforter. One of the best places ive ever been!

I hate they charge double for the double beds vs queen. Also they dont accept ANY prepaid cards or online bank cards. Aside from that... absolutely nothing.

I wasn't aware that there was a breakfast! But I enjoyed the comfort and quality of the room. It could be a tad cleaner (e.g. it was dusty in some areas) but other than that it was great

Cleanliness could have been better, and the house keeping never came while we stayed so wr had to track down some fresh towels.

Unfortunately, there are some rooms with people smoking in it. We had to tape the vents in the bathroom because all the fumes were coming to our room, and it was impossible to breathe.

We got a great clean room without the smell of cigarettes. Special thanks to the manager for making it possible even when we arrived at 3 am.

This stay was great, no complaints. Make sure to request non-smoking rooms.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay here at this location from start to finish and the rooms were very clean and felt like home away from home and the best part was that you can wash laundry for free 10 out of 10 for sure.

The deposit I had to repay for extending my stay was a burden. I feel if I have already paid a deposit once the first time I checked in why should I have to again just for extending my stay.

I want my security deposit back they say it will come back on my card in ten business days still waiting!!

they as for deposit then you check out and they do not return your money to your cared in expected amount of days

Smooth check-in, clean room, good location

We had to change the room because there were kids in the room above us, "very active," from 11 pm to 4 am for 3 nights straight. The second room we got was perfect. No complains.

Quiet, peaceful, pet and family friendly! The hotel smells so good! Some extended stays smell bad after a while but not this one. They’re very accommodating. You have fast food and Walmart nearby. The ladies at the front desk are very nice and helpful. I love that it feels like home.

The surroundings- walking path with with lots of tree or tree-shades on both sides of the walkway. Quiet surroundings, easy access to car park or uber/ lyft. Hotel staffs -reception to cleaning, were good too. As a bonus the hotel has well-maintained in-room cooking facility, that we had utilized.

None that we could find in our short stay.
