Competent, helpful, and friendly staff accommodated a last minute then extended booking with ease. Hats off to the Franchisee/management of this property.

A flaw in the original construction of the handicap-accessible shore stall had the drain at the top of the slightly sloped floor, resulting in water puddling outside the stall, which required a soaking a bath towel to keep the floor safe.

It had a single cup coffee maker in the room with good coffee. The parking lot was gated where my room was. Nice and clean. They were painting the outside of the building when I was there. The location was perfect for where I needed to be.

I liked that I was given a 1st. Floor room. The room was clean, with fresh towels. All in all the room was quite nice.

The parking lot left a lot to be desired potholes bumpy it's that part was not pleasant. Being next to the Hwy. Sometimes when it was time for lights out you could hear the hwy traffic and wishing I had brought my fan.

The room was immaculately clean and the staff friendly

Although the location met my needs - the surrounding area made me feel a bit uncomfortable - however once inside the property I had a pleasant stay.

I really liked the property and the room

It was frustrating that they didn’t have breakfast like they said. They didn’t match the check out times on booking.com. Staff was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. The housekeeping service does not honor when you put privacy please on your door. I really like this hotel but I was very disappointed by how rude the staff was to me especially when I left them nothing but nice reviews. There are good things about this hotel but definitely bad as well

Size of room and bathroom.

Beds were odd size and a bit too high. Tub was plastic and it's floor moved with every step. The odor of room due to restaurant in front. Stained or torn bedding. Curtains were dated and damaged by insects.

The room was very nice I like how large the bathroom was because I'm disabled so it was a perfect bathroom for me.

It was father out than I expected

I loved the modern style and cleanliness of the room. The room was very decently sized as well. Very pleased with my stay at this hotel!

Parking was kinda tight and not enough parking but otherwise all is good!

they have a garden and doggy park

met someone who didn’t like getting rejected so they called the front desk “filing a noise complaint” and they called my room. but i told Her why they’re saying that and she didn’t believe me and said one more person calls and i’ll get kicked out

Restaurant in the same lot, shower water was hot, fenced area for pets to use bathroom and room was clean. Only $40 deposit

Beds were okay but could be upgraded. It made my neck hurt. Phone in room didn’t work, when I called the front desk the worker couldn’t hear me but I could hear him. Air conditioner was loud but blew cold. No breakfast and my key stopped working after going to get food.
