The cleanliness comfort and breakfast

The weird parking lots around it, damaged looking areas, kinda creepy, my daughter took long to pack and so we checked out late and were harassed, by knocking and phone

The property was easy to get to as well as having plenty of parking. We liked how well lit the parking lot was. Pillows & bed were very comfy, but the lines and bedding could be softer. Really appreciate a good size lotion being provided as well. Having a mini kitchen was fantastic! We used the fridge, microwave and coffee maker.

We did not care for the cleaning staff changing our thermostat in our room when they came to service it! That was extremely annoying! The hallways felt like an oven! Turn the heat down a tad. The breakfast hours could have lasted a little longer, all the other hotels we stayed had breakfast until 9:30 which was appreciated very much!

Cleanliness! Hats off to Marina, very clean, very impressive!! One of the cleanest rooms we have ever stayed in, it shined and sparkled. Such a relief as my husband has non curable cancer and germs are a fear right now! Check in, I’m sorry I didn’t get his name _______however very professional, polite, friendly and so welcoming! Beds are comfortable, location great! I’m sure breakfast will be as impressive. The lobby was spotless as well! This is a very clean facility and amazing staff. Our meal was next door at Olive Garden and an easy, short and quick walk. Staff super friendly, food fantastic and treated like royalty. They compliment each other very well and also says so much about the hospitality in this Dallas neighborhood. If I had one suggestion, it would be for sanitary reasons please add garbage can to the bathroom. This must be a franchise decision because the one we stayed at last night in Kansas City, MO was the same. The garbage was by the sink area outside the toilet/shower area! Plus very misplaced when coffee maker/ice and fridge area has none and there is only one other one and it’s in the other side of room by desk!

Great location, by 635. Bright airy 24 hr reception with friendly & welcoming staff. Simple breakfast included, you get decent options and helpful staff attending. Loved complimentary 24 hour coffee bar in foyer. Really comfy king sized room, excellent air conditioning was easy to use. Pleasantly surprised by in room kitchenette with coffee maker, fridge and microwave. Glad for the hot tub!

Decent shower, could improve water pressure. Corridor looked clean and clear, however put off by strong smell of smoke and some other odours. Suggest regular Febreze or similar treatment. Hot tub was actually more warm than hot!

Staff was friendly, the location was really good when you want to go to multiple different dallas, mckinney, Richardson locations in one weekend, everything we did this weekend was 25min or less away from the hotel and all major highways were pretty easily accessible. Breakfast had a lot of options, the beds were clean and comfortable, the AC worked beautifully. I would definitely stay here again.

Parking lot was a little nightmare-ish with all the highway construction going on but decent for dallas.

Mike at reception was the most polite receptionist I've ever encountered at a hotel. He was very kind and accommodating which really helped as I was extremely jetlagged from a long flight. The room was sparkling clean, the bed and pillows were super comfortable and, as I asked for a top floor room and quiet, I hardly heard anything (except the freeway in the distance).

I wasn't expecting a $50 deposit on my card which I'm still waiting to receive back. Also, there was some kind of night light behind the closet that had no way to shut it off which I didn't like, as light at night can affect sleep.

Hotel interior/exterior was well maintained, very clean. All of staff we encountered was respectful and pleasant to speak with. Our room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was fresh, plentiful, coutertops and floor were clean. Pool was great for evening swim, warm, clean and not over chlorinated. Used the workout room, all equipment worked, room was clean and well maintained. Absolutely a great facility for the cost. Hands down would stay there again.

We have nothing constructive to offer. It was the best hotel we have stayed in for that price.

I really liked this hotel. So comfortable and I didn't want to leave! Room was large and spacious and the bed was comfortable. It was very quiet and I liked how room service didn't bother me in the mornings. Some hotels room service try to come in even when the do not disturb sign is out. I had a peaceful stay here.

The only thing I didn't realize when I booked this hotel was how far away from shops it was. Easy enough to book ubers however.

I’m a repeat customer, I love it, staff and cleanliness of the place is good, elevator is good, no bad smell, breakfast is good, definitely worth it in my opinion for what you can get in the United States compared to Asia lol

No free water, and a little pricey I did find one cockroach one time that came under a chipped piece of drywall but I patched it up with tissue and didn’t have an issue ever again in my other bookings
