The property was located in an area where it was easy to commute to places. Although you would require a car to access. It was in a quiet area. Facilities provided was good as well. Parking was safe and secure. Because of the need of key cards for entry, it was ensured that only the residents had access into the property. The kitchen was well equipped with utensils and the necessary appliances.

The sofas in the room could do an upgrade. It had a bit of a stale smell. And also the shower curtain was partially damaged because of which water splashed into the dry area. A kettle would have been nice. Housekeeping team had come into the room one of the days when we weren’t there and the room wasn’t cleaned.

The doors are heavy and while it’s good security, they’re a little bit loud when they shut, but overall nothing bad

The pool was exceptional!! We had a blast. The staff was so friendly. I found myself telling one staff member about my family lol. Breakfast was a very good variety!!!!!! And tasted great!!!

The blanket on my bed kind of smelled like smoke. But it was overwhelming

Property was compact and easy to navigate. The central pool and courtyard is nice. Great breakfast selection!

Our room had an unusual smell to it when we arrived. Not a bad smell (likely cleaning supply related), but it was very overpowering when we would walk into the room and wasn’t a smell that is associated with “clean.”

The staff when we arrive was pleasant and friendly. The price was perfect

I did not like that the pillows to the couch were stacked onto he floor and there were no pillow cases on the bedroom pillows. I found it strange that I had to get towels daily.

The room was very clean and comfortable. We liked having the extra space to relax. This was the same price as the budget hotels and it was easy to get to Dallas attractions. The staff were very helpful.

It is not in an area where you can walk around. This is more of a place to stay and drive to where you want to see attractions. We felt safe at all times, just nothing around the hotel. Would still stay here again.

We enjoyed everything, they had everything in our room the location was great.

It wasn't really anything I didn't like besides when we walked into The room they had it on the air... And it was freezing cold but other than that everything was fine
